Absolutely love the dentist and clinical staff but I am transferring to another practice solely because of the front desk. Susan is unprofessional in her comments about the rest of the staff and unwilling to work on accounts despite her own inability to give appropriate estimates. I paid what I thought was my full balance every time I left the office (sometimes over $3,000 and sometimes as little as $750) without question. But she has the nerve to tell me she “does not have time to call insurance companies” to make sure the estimates are accurate. She was off by $1900 and threatens collections unless paid. Bad business and it’s really too bad as the dentist is wonderful but was unwilling to speak to me about this.
