I can’t say enough to describe my gratitude for Dr.Santiago. My 4 year old son started complaining about severe tooth pain the day before leaving for vacation. This was on a Saturday, of course. I called and left a message for him on his emergency line. I was completely panicked and unsure of what to do. It was a holiday weekend and we were due to fly out first thing Sunday morning for a family trip. I did not expect such a swift response to my call, AND an appointment to examine and fix the problem within 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. He came in right away and made my son feel so comfortable and at ease. He ended up having a cavity in between his teeth that was deteriorating the tooth and causing a ton of pain. If we had waited on this, who knows what kind of pain he would be in by Monday! We were fully expecting to postpone the trip and deal with a very cranky and uncomfortable situation for the next 48 hours. So grateful that we have such a caring and wonderful dentist that took the time to ensure this would not be the case. Dr. Santiago is the absolute BEST dentist in Naples. 10/10 recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Santiago has been great for our kids. He recently went out of his way to accommodate our daughter's "after hours" toothache, and saved our weekend. Consistently excellent, great staff, very responsive, and truly cares about the well-being of his patients!! Thank you!!

I asked for recommendations from friends, and we ended up at Dr Santiago's office. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. Front dest ladies are great! We got Mrs Sally for our hygienist. She mad my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed. Now the fun part...we have anxiety issues. She needed two cavities filled and a tooth extracted. We found out on the first attempt that nitrous makes the anxiety worse. Three more visits to get the work done. They were all so patient and understanding with her. I couldn't imagine a better experience for an unpleasant situation ?. Thank Dr Santiago and staff.

We contacted Dr. Santiago right away and he met us at his office within minutes of reaching out to him on a Saturday morning.
