Wonderful experience with this practice! Everyone was kind and professional. No extra frills or anything unexpected. In fact, I thought I would need some extensive work considering how long it had been since I’ve seen a dentist. I didn’t need anything! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for their honesty and not being told that I needed any unnecessary work. I have already made my follow up appointment in 6 months and scheduled for my daughter to go as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental provider.

Have been going to this practice for many years and they are great. I always get my teeth cleaned by the same oral hygienist. She is gentle and thorough. Dr. Bava is experienced and not alarmist. He is thorough in his diagnostics and goes through the results with his patients. I would recommend Gentle Smiles.

So far my experiences with Gentle smiles has been great. Pleasant, professional staff. Dr Bava is pretty cool. Great personality and awesome at what he does. When I asked questions, he answered with great detail and in a way that I was able to understand. I highly recommend his dental practice. His dental hygienist are some of the best that I've encountered. Very knowledgeable and educates while working. The front desk crew are friendly, and did a great job at getting me in and out while keeping me informed about how my insurance affects the cost of treatment and future dental visits.

This place is very good I truly recommend them. The hygienist doctor took very good care of me. I get very nervous about the dentist. She made sure I was very comfortable and had no pain. I will definitely be going back. Place was very clean the ladies at the front desk was very helpful they greeted me as I walked in the door offer me coffee or water. They were very polite.

Bright, airy, comfortable space. There's an energy here that you feel as soon as you arrive. The ladies at the front desk make you feel like you have known them forever from the 1st minute. The hygienist was similarly affable and very professional. The cleaning and checkup seemed to fly by but at the same time I knew that I was getting the complete package. Issues with transferring my X-rays were met with good humor and perseverance. It seems like nothing slows these guys down! Then Dr. Bava came in for the review and he was warm, friendly and professional as well. This is ain't your dad's dreaded dentist's office. This place is the real deal.

I was a Dr. Cooke patient for years until he retired. Dr. Bava has been a great transition. He and the staff are professional, kind, and gentle. They accept my insurance as many offices have changed to self claiming( you file). They don't perform unnecessary work. Front office is great to work with and help create flexibility to work with my schedule.
