Dr J really cares about his patients & their teeth. So do the techs. He def will tell you like it is and doesn't sugar coat nothing. Which works for me, because I'd rather have a good outcome , suffer without teeth l0l. My new smile will be well worth the wait!

Very honest and straightforward about my options in a courteous way and the lab they use for dentures is amazing I’ve been told over and over mine look like my real teeth. Highly recommended this dentist

I’ve come to this office 30?+ times over several years and had all kinds of things done from fillings to root canals and crowns. I had terrible issues with my teeth from years of not caring for them and Dr J has helped me so much in getting them restored. The two guys that work up front are amazing, always so friendly and willing to help work me in for appts. 100% recommend

Everyone here is very friendly. However, I would not recommend getting treatment here. They did many fillings on me over the course of one year, and unfortunately multiple fillings started to break and come out within two years of being placed in. Extra pain and cost.

I had an emergency and called the office as a new patient because they accepted my insurance. I am so glad I made the call. They were booked today but fit me right in and got me right back. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to me the entire time. The dentist I had was delightful, friendly and took care of my emergency with ease. I now have a new dentist and very happy with the entire experience.

Another great job from Gentle Excellence!! We’ve been coming to these awesome people for over 5 years, and they have helped us in several ways. As a Veteran, they were able to get me connected to a program that allowed me to get my gumline rebuilt by an orthodontist, which allowed me to get my implants installed, saving me over $8000. They have continued to be kind and courteous on every visit and the reason for this message today is the win they did for my wife. She has an appointment on Monday but today woke up with a swollen jaw, pain, and blisters on her gums. I called and asked if they had any ideas on how to alleviate her pain until her appointment on Monday and they told us if we could get up there within 20 minutes they could see us today. WOW. I’m not sure if we got lucky and hit a cancelled appointment or if they were just trying to be as awesome as they are but I do know they found a pretty serious issue and was able to get some medicine called in, so we don’t have to go through the whole weekend with the infection spreading even worse. This means a lot to us, and they will be our dentist as long as we have teeth (which will be to the end of our days).
