First off let me say that before going to Gentle Dentistry, I had not been to ANY dentist in over 15 years due to a traumatic experience as a child. At my very first appointment, I was completely terrified and did not know what to expect. I was scared of the pain and also how the team would react being that I had not been to a dentist in so long. Turns out I had nothing to be afraid of at all. The team treated me with such compassion and kindness and were incredibly supportive throughout the entire appointment. They made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that if something didn’t feel right, I could stop them at any time. I left that first appointment feeling empowered and no longer scared of the dentist. Since then, I’ve been back for many appointments for cleanings and some cavity fillings. They even gave me the confidence to have my stubborn wisdom teeth removed (my biggest fear) with the surgical practice down the street which they highly recommended. The entire staff of Gentle Dentistry is fantastic. Shirley, one of the hygienists, is especially wonderful and is very detailed in her work. I love chatting with her. Unfortunately, I am moving to a different state and will no longer be able to go to this practice, but I am going to miss them tremendously and I credit them entirely for having helped me face my fears and finally begin taking care of my dental health again. My next dentist has HUGE shoes to fill! THANK YOU, GENTLE DENTISTRY!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cannon and her incredible team! I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to her exceptional care. Dr. Cannon is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive to every detail. She’s both sweet and a true perfectionist, always ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.I’ve always been self-conscious about my smile, but now, thanks to Dr. Cannon, I feel confident and proud of how my teeth look. The results speak for themselves—I’m thrilled with my new smile!I also want to give a special shoutout to Dr. Cannon’s entire dental team. They are all wonderful—friendly, professional, and always making sure I felt at ease during my visits. If you’re considering Invisalign or any dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Cannon and her team. I had a wonderful experience at Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Cannon is very, very gentle and in tune with how I was feeling during my visit. The office atmosphere is very relaxing. My dental chair had a massager in it, which is really nice. The hygienist, Monica, was very gentle and kind as well. This felt like a dental spa to me. I felt comfortable the entire time. I was given the price breakdown ahead of time which was very helpful and one less thing to worry about while in the chair. I left with an improved and more confident smile. Dr. cannon explained to me the options that could improve the look of my teeth, which no other dentist has ever shown me. Anyone with dental anxiety; see Dr. Cannon. I can't sing her praise enough. I can smile with all of my teeth now and not feel insecure. Thank you Dr. Cannon and Monica!

I found Gentle Dentistry a few years ago and so thankful i did. The staff is incredibly welcoming and thorough…not only with mouth and teeth health but they go as far as providing you warm neck rests and massage chair to make you feel comfortable! Highly recommend!

I called and asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes, so i booked a cleaning. When I got there, they insisted I needed a whole mouth examination or they won't do the cleaning in addition they wanted to take xrays. (they didn't tell me this was an additional charge). After the cleaning & and xrays, the doctor came in, and before he even looked in my mouth, he told me I had MULTIPLE cavities on multiple teeth. I was amazed and didn't believe him. After the doctor looked in my mouth, he realized all the cavities he thought he saw on the x-ray were existing fillings. But still told me I should remove the fillings and he should proform them. I think this doctor is extremely unprofessional for even saying his opinion without doing an inspection. After the visit, they wanted me back for 4 repairs/fillings. When I finally got the bill, I was shocked. I immediately called to figure it out. They told me your insurance is only partially accepted. I argued with the desk lady because she was rhe only who original told me i was covered. They refused any other alternatives besides me paying full price.This entire office seems like a bunch money hungry scammers trying to upsell their work to the public that dont know any better. I will not be going back here again.
