I was really excited about this dentist. I was understanding when they had to move my first appointment (for a procedure, not a cleaning) 24 hours in advance. The morning of the rescheduled appointment I get 2 phone calls in a row before 7.15a. The voicemail was extremely rude, saying that my appointment at noon that day will not be held if I don't confirm and demanding I be there early for paperwork. That's way too early for phone calls, especially snippy ones, that could have happened the day before. I don't want to give my money to a business that talks to it's customers that way and makes people jump through last-minute hoops. The same snippy person then hung up on me when I called to cancel.

I have been coming to this practice for years! Best dental group on the south side of Indy in my opinion. They are truly gentle and also good with children. My son has never been scared to come to Dr. Wines office!

Love love love this office!! Always a great experience when I come to have my teeth cleaned or worked on. So professional and always greeted with a smile. Dr. Wines lives up to the name "Gentle" and the girls make me feel comfortable every time I come in. Highly recommend!

Besides great work, if you have bad anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the best place to go! I used to avoid the dentist at all cost because of the fear of it, but Dental Assistant Cailin is beyond patient and understanding and will help you through it. All of her focus is spent on making sure you're ok and comfortable the entire time, the most attentive person I've met, and does great work also. Dr. Wines is the same way. You can go six months and he'll pick back up on your last conversation like it was yesterday. His work is top quality and he gives the most painless numbing shots in the world! You feel like you're their only patient. You're welcomed by name the second you walk in the door, by Sierra at the front desk, who always puts you in a better mood. Mona is the kindest lady, and will help you however she can to sort out anything insurance/billing related. You feel like family when you go there. I couldn't recommend it more.
