Gentle Dentist

They cancelled my cleaning 2 months ago, asked me to reschedule due to office hours changing. I rescheduled, and they cancelled that appointment also due to being short staffed. The next available appointment isn’t for another 8 months. They have me on a cancellation list, but every time I call for a cancelled appointment, they have already filled it. I do not recommend trying to go here. They don’t have time for the patients they already have.

It took me over 2 months to even get an appointment and then when it came time for the appointment they rescheduled because of short staff. When that appointment came they rescheduled again because their dental hygienist called off for the day. Then they rescheduled me out 8 months later because of how “full” they are. General dentist was my dentist for many years until I didn’t go for a couple years so they had to put me in as a new patient but they just keep rescheduling me. Short staffed and they don’t care about Medicare patients.

Had biannual teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist always does a good job and is very cheery and pleasant. This was the first time I had to wait before being seen, and usually that is not the case.

The staff were professional and receptive to client/patient needs. Dr. Joseph Parker had a great ' chair side ' manner and overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nice experience to put veneers. Bree helps a lot and doctor is really professional . Should give 100 star if there is a way.
