Gentle Dental Tempe

13 months ago gentle dental made me some ill fitting dentures. Went in at least 3 times for adjustments Was told 50 dollars per adjust on dentures they made Now 13 months later and the teeth are falling out of the dentures. They refuse to fix unless i pay them more money

UPDATE: Went to another dentist to seek a second opinion. Gentle Dental is definitely a scam, or at least trying to up-charge patients unnecessarily. I did not have any gum concerns that required more than a standard cleaning. I also was told I had one small cavity when the Gentle Dental provider took a short look and said I had two. Came here after getting new insurance to get a regular check up. They did not even do a cleaning, instead I was told that I would have to come back in for a gingivitis cleaning that would cost $500 out of pocket. I was also recommended to buy a $200 cleaning kit to take home with me. Nothing has changed in my tooth cleaning routine and I have NEVER been told by any dentist that I needed anything more than the regular 6 month cleaning. So frustrated and upset that I was here for over an hour and didn't even get the service I was expecting. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had a dentist appointment where I did not receive a cleaning. I was also initially told that my x-rays looked great, but then later told that I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I have not had any cavities in 10 years and am very skeptical that I do now given the rest of my experience here.

First time going there due to change of job insurance. I thought I was going for my routine check up/cleaning. But found out it was only a “consultation” visit with full set of x-rays taken and a treatment plan that had so many recommendations that would cost me more than $2000 out of pocket after insurance coverage! They were trying to up-sell me everything from deep cleaning to buying this $300 bundle package that consists of electric tooth brush, oral rinse and waterpik floss! To top it off, the wait time for just a consultation and X-rays took almost 2 hours! I am here to get a service, please don’t try to “sell” me anything “extras” which was such a turn-off! Do You you care about giving a good service or making as much money as you can out of your patients? Overall, their deep cleaning costs are way too high. I have consulted a couple reputable dental places since then and for the same treatments, it their costs were much reasonable and, they didn’t try to sell me anything else. I hope you will care more about what’s best for your patients and communicate with empathy without trying to “sell” them anything more than is needed. After all, you are a dental office, not in the retail sales industry. Act with integrity and empathy. Live up to your original calling as a dental office that provides positive services!

I was in town visiting and had a dental emergency. This wonderful center saw me immediately and spent the day treating me. The dentist and staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, skilled and generous. I highly recommend them!

I have nothing but high praise for all the staff at Gentle Dental. My last appointment was a tooth extraction by Dr. Baddam and her team, who were all excellent! No pain, and home before I knew it. What a dream team. This time, I had a deep cleaning scheduled with Monica due to years of neglect of my teeth and was very anxious. Monica put be right at ease, and kept me comfortable the whole time. I experienced no pain, and before I knew it, the service was completed. Alex, who assists Monica made sure my follow up appointments were scheduled before I left which I greatly appreciated. I can't thank Dr. Delsnyder's assistance Sheena enough, for all her diligence and attention to detail in making sure those caps were a perfect fit- which they were. She is truly an artist and sculptress! What I love and appreciate is the passion and commitment both Monica and Sheena bring to their work. It is that level of dedication that gives me the sense of security and lets me say to myself, "I'm going to be taken care of... I'm in good hands!" My care does not stop there. Thanks, to Antoinette and Jessie, my charges and insurance coverage is always reviewed and appointment times and dates are doubled checked to make sure everything goes smoothly from one appointment to the next and there are no surprises My thanks to ALL the Gentle Dental staff for all you do and for caring!

The Staff and Doctors are amazing and they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Delsnyder is the star of the practice. He is not only super honest and kind, but he is also brilliant and has vast experience in the field. The new office in Tempe has all the Specialties, and is very big and beautiful. Gentle Dental is indeed a good place to trust with all your dental needs. Thank you all.

I took my husband in to get a few teeth extracted… all around the best staff! Dr Baddam was so nice and gentle with him.. 10 minutes later and we were walking out! He never had any pain during or after the extractions. Definitely recommend them

Saw Dr.Snyder & was very pleased with his overall exam. Recommended a crown that I’ve been putting off and gave me information about going straight to the lab to get the correct shade matching. Luis was the hygienist that saw me and gave me an overall amazing assessment and throughly explained the treatment I’d be needing. Only thing that was unpleasant was the checking in at the beginning, I showed up 15 minutes prior to my time to do new patient information and wasn’t properly checked in and ended up not getting to the exam room until about 45 minutes past my original appointment time. Overall the dentist, hygienist, & treatment coordinator, Jessie, did an outstanding job.

In my 38 years I have never had a better experience when it comes to the dentist. I’ve always dreaded it no matter what it was for. Push came to shove as I had tremendous tooth pain. Not only did I need a root canal but I needed TWO! The dentist had the most gentle hands and was very encouraging. I have heard horror stories when it comes to root canals but my dentist was amazing as I go in day two I have had minimal discomfort. I am actually excited to make my next appointments thanks to the great staff.
