Dentist and hygienist are AMAZING but the front office staff is a joke! Rude front office staff and can not bill to my insurance correctly. Staff will discuss your medical treatment plan in lobby with other patients near. Always understaffed and can not keep to a scheduled appointment. When I told the office staff, I will not be back, they replied "Okay, have a nice day". Guess they do not need my business, I'll find a better office. Good luck to anyone going to this location!

The doctor himself was actually pretty nice and good at explaining the care plan. I do think he tried to oversell a tad bit on the use of me using an electric toothbrush. However it wasn’t what turned me off to the practice. The younger receptionist lady CAN GO ALL THE WAY TO HELL as far as I’m concerned! The general rule of thumb is… that’s the first face and impression that a client/customer has interaction with and it can make or break the relationship. For me it most definitely broke the relationship. This staff member comes across as a person who doesn’t seem to care about lasting relationships for the business!!! And before you guys reply with some generic response of how sorry you are for not meeting my expectations and asking me to call the office to discuss my concerns you should maybe just try and reach out to me instead and get more details about my experience! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD GIVE MINUS 10.

I have to say I have a huge fear of Dentist, and I waited a very long time to see help . but I went to Gentle Dental and they are as their name states ,they are very Gentle .They treated me with respect and kindness from the minute… I walked through the door. From getting my x-rays to see in the dentist. I’m very embarrassed that I waited so long to get my teeth taken care of, and they didn’t add to my fears, which I appreciate it so much, so if you’re waiting and you’re embarrassed to get your teeth done, This would be the place to go. They will not make you feel any worse than you already do . and now I can’t wait. I’m looking forward to getting my smile back so yes, I recommend this place.

Came here to get a bottom retainer re-moulded and had the worst customer experience possible. When getting my teeth scanned, the women who was scanning my teeth nudged the corner of my mouth where I had just had wisdom teeth removed a month and a half prior, I don’t blame her for nudging it, but after telling her that I had just had them removed, her response was off the wall rude “well I didn’t know you had your wisdom teeth removed” not even an apology, just straight up back talked me and gave attitude. Then when setting my follow up appointment she wanted to schedule me TWO MONTHS OUT, when it takes probably 1-2 weeks to make the retainer, I asked if I could be scheduled any sooner and then she just WALKS AWAY without saying anything to me. When she comes back she then says “we can do two weeks” out after having to check with the manager. This woman needs a reality check BIG TIME, I can’t wait until she treats someone the wrong way and has it coming, cause oh man does she need to learn. Worst customer service ever!

In an ever changing world where the public becomes skeptical of medical ‘professionals & specialists’ who only seek to milk you for your hard earned money.. there’s times you need to break down and accept their services. I am writing this review on behalf of my partner who is a little more innocent to this fact and didn’t know what she was getting herself into. Dr. Truman Seiler was conducting a regular evaluation and teeth cleaning when he put out the offer for a ‘free with insurance’ retainer. My skeptical partner knew this didn’t sound right & was rushed to schedule an appointment the following day (rushing to rebook an appointment is a sales tactic many aren’t aware of) The following day (today) she was met with a different doctor I believe & was told it would be $250 & insurance wouldn’t cover it. Feeling bad as she already took time out of her day for the appointment (another sales tactic they’re counting on) she caved & still took them on their offer. ‘Dr. Fakeman Sales’ as I’d like to call him took advantage of a patients innocence & pressured her into a purchase she wasn’t originally going to make based off of false advertising. In conclusion, I understand dentistry is a business and you need to make money while trying to seem as if you’re offering ‘help’. However, times are changing and people are starting to respect good business and more importantly HONEST business and this was not honest business. You could’ve earned a referral or 2 from her and had ME come in had she been treated with a little more grace. Instead, this business chooses to see people as dollar signs and not people. Considering I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same predatory tricks I don’t trust that this problem will be fixed anytime soon.
