Dr. Cressman is outstanding. He truly knows his craft and is really personable with his patients. He's taken care of me, my wife, and children for over 15 years. He has provided great standard care and has also gone out of his way to squeeze us in for emergencies. Everyone I have referred to him has said he's the best dentist they've ever seen. The staff is really nice too. They communicate well and couldn't be more pleasant. It's obvious that they have a really good work environment. Highly recommend!

I was there a total of two hours and only saw the dentist for three minutes on Monday for a 5pm appointment. One of the women working in the back (I'm sorry for not catching your name) apologized multiple times for the long wait, which was nearly an hour. When the dentist did arrive, he was abrupt with his moving me and his explanations. I'm guessing he was rushed due to being short staffed that day and I'm understanding of that, but I don't think it excuses not looking at the chart where I did put diagnoses and answered that I have high dental anxiety. His prognosis was also slightly shocking but understandable given that I have a broken tooth. That's fine, but it felt like an assembly line rather than actual care as he rushed off immediately after not open to answering my questions or possibly discussing other options. Or even a temporary solution to prevent a possible infection, given it didn't seem like I'd be given any care that day if I did agree to the solutions he presented. I'm hoping this isn't everyone's experience, and due to the mainly high reviews, I'm sure when they are fully staffed, things are different. I'm also grateful the other location I had called was able to get me in quickly here. Still, the dentist's behavior made it where I don't want him near me and caused a panic attack. I'll be going elsewhere for care. The second star is being given purely because of the woman who checked on me a few times while I waited.

I am getting 2 implants. The periodontist was excellent! I didn’t feel a thing. He had the bed bedside manners. It has been a very good experience for me so far!

The office is very clean and the dentist made me feel comfortable and included in my dental plan I've had past offices that did not listen to my concerns and what I wanted

Since changing dental offices to Gentle Dental last June my experience has been good. From the dentist, hygienist, assistants, front office, and now the orthodontist, everyone has been professional and knowledgeable. The communication is spot on.
