Very clean office, nice staff that went above and beyond to answer any questions i had. I am nervous and anxiety due to getting taken advantage of and i had a very good experience. I am 64 yrs old and need dentures. I am on medicare they treated me right, it may take a little bit of time to get fitted and i am fine with this cause i would like it to be done right not fast. I recommend.

I was referred by a coworker to check this place out and have been very happy with my experience. The staff and supper friendly. The social dynamics between the staff and dentist seems warm. I had to get some cavities filled and I can't even tell where the filings are because it matches my shade of color to my teeth. I'm glad I found my new dentist!

I love the Location it’s so close to my neighborhood. I’ve been coming and getting my dental work and cleanings for a number of years. I just adore Sergio and also Raven.

Gentle Dental was very good for me when it was on warm Springs. I had 10 good years of service with that location . Unfortunately My experience has been terrible now that it’s on Maryland Parkway. I even tried the one on flamingo and it’s just as bad.. Over the past 12 months it’s progressively gotten worse, and I have finally decided to pursue a different dentist. they send me text messages all the time to remind me of appointments that I haven’t even made. When I spoke to them directly at Marilyn Parkway that I did not make those appointments I was told sorry there’s nothing we can do about the system generated appointments, even if they are incorrect. Then the appointments that I have made when I show up, they have no records of me being on their schedule Or they have me scheduled for An incorrect time . I feel so awful making this review because my experience was so good there’s so many years, but it is now time for me to move on. I’m pretty sure this review doesn’t matter, but I appreciate you asking me anyway.

This was the absolute worst dentist appointment that I've experienced. This was my first visit to this brand and location. I wasn't acknowledged when I entered the building and had to wait to check-in. Check-in was quick, once I was acknowledged. The x-ray tech was nice, but seemed like she was new. It took a while for her to complete all of the x-rays. After x-rays, I waited so long on the dentist, that the x-ray tech offered me water and a blanket. I had to ask multiple people when the dentist would be in to see me. Once the dentist finally came to the room, he begin to explain that there was a few emergencies he had to tend to "and if you had an emergency I'd stop to come see you as well" ... which I don't believe. He barely completed the exam of my teeth. Fine. So then, Michelle, whoever she is, begin to tell me that the hygienist was finishing up another patient, as my appointment was set for 11:30am with her. I allowed her to finish, and that's when I informed her that Tuesday, I was called and scheduled 10am for x-ray/exam and 11am for my cleaning. She then begin yelling at me telling me that my cleaning is scheduled for 11:30am and again as I shook my head No, my cleaning was scheduled for 11am. As she kept yelling at me, I asked her why she was yelling at me or if she spoke loud and of course she stated "I speak loud." then walked away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I still had to wait until past 11:30am for the hygienist. The hygienist apologized for the delay, but she was the only individual who truly acknowledged me at this office. I will NOT be a returning patient. The dentist is NOT through and the workers are rude... even Miles. 0 stars would NOT recommend this location. I did speak to a "manager" who isn't the manager of that location... in regards to the long wait time and the unprofessional workers.

The employees, from the front desk, dental hygienist and to the orthodontist are very nice, helpful, professional and friendly. This was our third visit and the review is only based on this visit. The first visit was very timely and received attention and the results we were looking for. The second visit was just to pick up a retainer so that was very easy to do. We were greeted every time. The third visit was just a check up to see about the retainer. We arrived 2 min past the appointment time. We were greeted upon entering. We sat in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes. We were then asked to go in and were placed in the room where he would be checked. We proceeded to wait another 35-45 min before we asked the assistant if it would be much longer to be seen. The score “2” is not indicative of the last two times as I would have scored them higher . It is a 2 1/2 this time as we waited 1 hour for a 3-4 min checkup to make sure the retainer was good. At no point did somebody come in to say they were behind or an emergency was taking place . It was our proactive behavior that asked if we were going to be waiting longer when the answer was “I am not sure, I am asking myself the same question. But it depends on how much longer you are willing to wait “. I don’t generally complain or am picky but if you have an appointment at a certain time and the person is 1 hour late , that is not acceptable, very rude and disrespectful of my time. We had no choice but to wait as my son was leaving for school out of state. The orthodontist came in, took 3 min to check that the retainer fit and offered assistance in the future, but at no time did the acknowledgement of being close to 1 hour late nor an apology was given. Again, nice people, good service and clean business, so I’m really hoping this was a 1 off. I will return if any issues come up, but I will be very attentive to see if any of these errors in service have been corrected to make my decision on returning a 5th time or discontinue their service.

Excellent service and modern dental equipment used is impressive. Dr. Sherman is very articulate and assuring in his skill and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
