Gentle Dental Somerville

I've been going to Gentle Dental Somerville for 5 years and cannot say enough good things about the practice. The staff is friendly and professional--from the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentists. I have since moved to Medford and there is a closer Gentle Dental location, but I continue to drive to the Somerville practice because of how great they are. I get twice a year cleanings and have been fitted for a replacement retainer after losing my previous one. All services have been smooth and I appreciate that they have some appointments after 5 PM--as it can sometimes be difficult to get out of work before then.

Everyone in Gentle Dental was very attentive and nice. My pet peeve about dental clinics is there after your money. They didn’t pressure you and made sure you know the cost and showed you where the damage was and why. They made sure they addressed all your concerns, whether its cost or the damage of the tooth, which I appreciate. Even if you weren’t a good patient at caring your teeth, they kindly reminded you what’s needed to maintain healthy teeth. They also use AI to help with the assessment of the teeth, which was good to know that this technology exists for teeth. To summarize it, I definitely recommend this dental clinic!

I have been going to this Somerville location for about 10 years now. Erica, the hygienist is awesome. She is thorough and gives your teeth a really great cleaning and listens to any concerns you may have. Also the two ladies at the front desk, Priscilla and Carmen are just so pleasant and very helpful, when it comes to checking in for your appointment and checking out and scheduling your next appointment. If you are looking for a great dentist and great hygienist, I highly recommend the Gentle Dental location in Somerville.

Dr. Raymond M. He is an amazing dentist. He and his team gave me back my confidence in repairing my mouth and giving me back my smile. They will forever have my gratitude and I will continue to keep coming back here.

Great customer service ? They go above and beyond. The dentist is outstanding, very caring, very knowledgeable. Explains to you in a way that you can understand. I would give them a 10 stars. His assistant works so well with him. She’s great ? I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for great service and for dental procedures well done.

I had an urgent need for a dentist, so I tried Somerville Gentle Dental. It was my first visit, and I felt like a regular patient. Dr. He and his assistant were great. They make sure you are comfortable and listen well to your concerns. I felt at ease, very comfortable in a space I was never comfortable with. My smile is perfect again. The receptionist, Carmen, has a wonderful personality. I choose Somerville Gentle Dental over all my other experiences. The staff exceeds my expectations. Best decision to visit there.

I could not recommend Gentle Dental Somerville enough - the staff is incredible and the service that I have received has been very high quality.
