Gentle Dental Smile

First of all they are pushy to leave a review in “promise” to give you ‘discounts’. Anyways I been coming here for almost 2 years now and now that I’m getting Medicaid the dentist doesn’t care about my teeth. I was eating and my tooth broke! How did it break if I come regularly? And all she said was her husband and her own this practice and he can fix it for $900 on the spot. I’m disappointed because I trusted them with my upkeep but now I know how they treated me because of my insurance and how they neglected my proper care and how they always threw prices at me for any little thing. I asked them for an emergency filling while I wait for my crown and they told me go somewhere else. They don’t value their patients or have love for their work. It’s all money and they will let you ruin your smile just to charge you more to fix it. Think about it . Anyways I changed dentists

Worse experience. My initial appointment was cancelled as Dentist was not available last moment. I was rescheduled for my regular cleaning, I requested to make sure I’m done in an hour as I’m coming in my lunch break. When I went for my appointment it took 45 minutes for X-ray and for dentist to check out. And I was refused service as they wanted to bill insurance for deep cleaning approval. This is the second time I experienced this issue here. It’s all about money so sad.

Dr. Shah and the team are very professional. I had a great experience, in and out quick. Even though I didn't have insurance Dr. Sha helped me out with my different options and really went out of his way to provide service without draining ones pocket. Highly recommended.

They are not lying when they say “gentle”. I don’t do pain and hate needles. Had 2 fillings today and didn’t feel a thing! Great office, kind receptionist, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, all around yes!

Everyone was so great in the office from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist. I got teeth whitening and they did an amazing job. Very happy with my pearly white teeth. Will be coming back!!
