I found the team and Gentle Dental Palo Alto doctor to be ultra-professional and caring. The service was always on time and efficient. My doctor demonstrated extensive experience and creative solutions when problems emerged.

Gentle Dental does a great job. They were very accommodating to work around the compression fracture in my upper spine which prevents me from lying back in the chair. Their recommendations are helping me keep my teeth and gums in good condition.

Excellent care from Gentle Dental in Palo Alto. I had 2 root canals very close to the nerves that didn’t heal right and were causing infections. I had a couple oral surgeons that did not want to do the surgery. I was lucky to get Dr.Deyhim to do the surgery. Very informative, knowledgeable and caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better oral surgeon and team. Thank you and thank you for still checking on me.

I want to confirm that Dylan's, previous reviewer, experience is not an exception. It is rather a usual practice of this office. I had exactly the same experience with it some time ago. And again, yesterday, August 15, something similar happened. I had an appointment at 11 am. I waited 30 minutes and then was asked to wait approximately 20 more because the doctor was behind schedule. Because of all my previous experience with this office, I decided not to wait and asked to cancel my appointment. Once my daughter, who came just for an annual check-up, had to spend two (!) hours in the office waiting for the doctor who was busy with other patients. It is an example of bad management. It seems to tries to squeeze in an hour more patients than a doctor can realistically attend to. So any case that is even slightly more complicated than usual increases waiting time for other patients. After yesterday's experience, I decided to change the dentist's office for my family. This office regularly puts us at the choice of either wasting our time waiting for a pre-scheduled appointment or risking our health by canceling the appointment because we do not have hours to spend in the office waiting for an appointment scheduled in advance.

Love this place. These guys have completely renewed my faith in dentists! The whole staff is awesome. Everyone has helpful tips to keep your teeth healthy. If you’re looking for a dentist, stop here - you’ve found it!
