Gentle Dental of Thorndale

Everyone is very nice at the dental office. The hygienists are very nice and do a great job. My general cleaning have been painless and easy. The doctor is nice reviews everything and and is honest with his assessments. I have never felt like the office is trying to sell me on any unneeded treatment.

The front desk woman was so kind and welcoming. As soon as she greeted me with her smile I felt so welcomed and wasn't so nervous, as I dread going to the dentist. Makayla, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing! I told her I was absolutely terrified of the dentist and she was so kind and helpful and made my experience far better than I expected. I didn't really spend a lot of time with the dentist but he was very kind and informative. Now I won't be so nervous going back. Wish I could give a 10 star ⭐ review!

I typically don't enjoy visiting doctors or dental offices, but my recent experience at Gentle Dental was exceptional, thanks to Raven Church, the X-ray Tech. From the moment I arrived, Raven was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable, which is not something I normally expect at a doctor's office. She has a calming presence that really put me at ease. Despite my apprehension about having two back-to-back procedures (Love that for me). Raven’s professionalism and kindness helped me get through them with minimal stress. I truly appreciate how helpful she was throughout the entire process. Gentle Dental is lucky to have such a wonderful staff member, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of dental care. Shout out to you Raven, for making my experience a positive one!

I was quite pleased once again with my experience at Gentle Dental. Dr In was very "gentle" with me pulling 8 teeth at once. The whole experience took 1 hour including numbing and stitches. My first experience was when he made my top dentures, the most beautiful ever; so I'm looking forward to getting another top denture as beautiful, and a bottom denture to match!! Go see Dr, In at Gentle Dental, Thorndale...I promise you he's good and "gentle" too!!! ??

It would be GREATLY appreciated if your doctors and staff would tell a patient that they're not going to do work when scheduling an appointment. NOT 40 minutes PASSED your appointment time while you're sitting in the chair waiting to be worked on... if the doctor already knew prior that he was not going to do work, common sense would be to tell the patient. I work in dental; I know how it goes. I do not know how this place is still open.
