Gentle Dental of Blue Bell

Everyone was friendly and professional. Very nice, clean facility. Answered all of my questions and gave me a cost breakdown before having to make a decision on my treatment options. I would rather lose a tooth than go anywhere else for my dental needs.

My brother John and I felt welcomed the moment we walked in and checked in at the front desk. This appointment was for John. I alerted the team that John is an adult with intellectual disabilities, and processes the world around him a little differently, but is highly functional. I asked the team to speak to John in small bites of information, so that he can process and understand what they’re saying and what they need him to do. That worked perfectly. He now has a treatment plan and we’re moving forward with the next steps in his dental care.

First visit to Gentle Dental was a pleasant experience. The staff was very welcoming when I arrived. The dentist and her assistant answered all my questions and gave me a clearer understanding of my dental concerns. I felt very comfortabke upon my initial visit.

Everyone is friendly and I've never had to wait long to be seen. My hygienist, Sunny was knowledgeable and explained everything and did a thorough job with my cleaning. One policy I think this office needs to change is making you come in for a separate visit for your cleaning when you're a new patient. It's extremely inconvenient to the patient and makes no logical sense. I had to come in 2 weeks in a row just because I was a new patient, they refused to allow be to schedule my cleaning for the same day. For that reason alone I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Been a patient for 10 years min. Always clear, transparent and kind. As gentle as can be with dental work. I’ve had cleanings, fillings and crowns. Fit me in when I had an emergency… loose crown and leaving for vacation in 2 days. Highly recommend. Great friendly staff.
