After 25 years of being a patient here and having my teeth cleaned every 4 months ,the time has come to move on. A new computer system has arrived and you are required to fill out forms online. They want to know what I want to be called( pro nouns ?)They want me to tell them the date of my last x-rays. Hello your my dental office! Also I was charged for deep cleaning that I never received. Once Dr Payne left this office has gone downhill. I will miss Gina the hygienist. Oh I know what I want to be called… a former patient.
