I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gentle Dental Malden, and I have to commend Lisa and Jane, for delivering an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. Lisa's expertise and thoroughness were matched by her ability to explain each step of the process in a way that was both informative and engaging. Her gentle touch ensured a comfortable and stress-free cleaning. Jane's support and cheerful attitude further enhanced the experience, making the entire visit not just bearable, but genuinely enjoyable. Their combined efforts made this dental appointment the most pleasant and entertaining one I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a top-notch dental team, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Reeva, Christine and Diane are amazing. They are also HILARIOUS and so fun. I’m a nightmare dental patient and they all put me at ease. Had two fillings and one that had to be repaired and I was in and out in an hour. I literally want to go back just to yap with Diane and Christine.

The front desk is very knowledgeable and understanding. I was afraid to come to the dentist but Dr Revah was wonderful and explained everything to me. The hygienists are so wonderful. Second time going after searching for a dentist closer to home. Diane is amazing. Not only is she welcoming, but knows her stuff. Female doctor and hygienist on first visit were also great. This is first dentist I've ever had that complimented my teeth. Day desk staff are a bit disorganized and or busy with personal calls. Don't let the outside appearance scare you, quite clean and modern on inside. I look forward to my six months cleaning. Update; This is my second visit in a year. It was good catching up with Diane. She is so full of life and joyful. Dr. Gupta was great also.

Lisa the dental hygienist has been a life savior of mine. Always caring supportive and knowledgable of my needs! I have been going to Gentle Dental due to Lisa for over 9 years now and will continue. Lisa services are the best I've ever had and beyond!!

After 25 years of being a patient here and having my teeth cleaned every 4 months ,the time has come to move on. A new computer system has arrived and you are required to fill out forms online. They want to know what I want to be called( pro nouns ?)They want me to tell them the date of my last x-rays. Hello your my dental office! Also I was charged for deep cleaning that I never received. Once Dr Payne left this office has gone downhill. I will miss Gina the hygienist. Oh I know what I want to be called… a former patient.
