I am always nervous and anxious when going to the dentist because of my dental needs. But here they made me feel very comfortable and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I think I've found my new dentist here in Henderson. Thanks Gentle Dental!
The front desk staff is great. Dr Johl and his assistant were very professional, patient, and amazing — made me feel less anxious about the procedure and explained everything. I wish I have visited and took care of my dental health thru them sooner. I feel very well taken cared of. Thank you, team.
I got there late my appt was at 9...but I walked in and the ladies at the front desk welcomed me with a smile and open arms. I got to the back and the dentist and the everyone else was friendly and made me feel at ease....they were laughing at me being a fool, but all in all it was a great all around visit....Thank you to the people at gentle dental!!! ??
Awesome! Everybody is so nice! Always very happy when I leave... Beth, the hygienist is great! Even working short handed, she does an excellent job....and all the rest of the staff is always so happy and helpful ? ?
Would not recommend. Constantly called 14 times in one week AFTER I booked the appointment. Told them I just wanted a cleaning, they refused without an exam as well. Then of course after the exam, claimed I have gum disease and have to get some special cleaning and I cannot get a regular cleaning. I only booked because my regular dentist was having issues with scheduling and they are booked months out. I’ll go back to them and just wait. EDIT TO ADD: My mouth still hurts a day later. Whatever she did to my mouth has made it 10x worse than when I went in and I have never had anyone dig in my gums like that woman. I will NOT be calling to discuss. There isn't anything that could be said that would make me want to come back.
This was my first visit here after a great recommendation. Have to say I wasn't disappointed, from walking in the front door, there was a positive vibe and great energy, the staff were very efficient in collecting my information and calling the provider to get my benefits. Even although they were busy I was told my room was ready and was seen in 6 minutes. From my initial consultation to the hygienist every one was professional and courteous. After getting my list of treatment, it was explained very clearly all my $ OOP costs and what my Insurance pays were and everything was clearly broken down. For what I needed to have done, the price was incredible, so much so I had my deep cleaning right there and then and the staff were very accommodating. I cant fault whatsoever and highly recommend Gentle Dental is you Go-To place for all your dental work. Definitely 10 out of 10 from me.
I called day before Friday the 8th on November to schedule appointment.i asked person that answered if they accept the insurance Delta Dental PPO. She stated they did then I asked where they were located and I stated I wanted the office on Stephanie and she was kind and transfered me and I had an appointment on Friday at 9.ooam. I had to fill out paperwork then waited to be called. 45 minutes later I was called in for Exrays then went to a chair where she took more x-rays. After all that was done a doctor came in to look in my mouth and gave info to his assistance who was great. I explained to the doctor what my plans were as I already had teeth pulled and partial made for bottom teeth. He then left office and the assistant and I spoke as to what I wanted then she explained on a plan we both agreed on. So she suggested I come back on Nov, 15, 2024 to start procedure. She then said front office would go over cost and. What insurance would cover. She gave me a copy and we discussed the best plan to pay. I then left office to come home. Later I get a email I had an appointment for 230pm May 5, 2025. I was shocked and couldn't believe what I saw. I sent a msg with my dibelief. Have not heard back but it is a weekend and will wait till Monday. I must commend the practices of Dr's. assistant Nancy Macias as she is such an asset to your facility. She is great with patience knowledgeable in dentistry practice and I have listened to her helping other staff on several occasions. I am grateful for her.
