Gentle Dental Flamingo

Came in for a comprehensive dental check-up and was honestly nervous about it. But Dr Balle and his assistant didn't make me feel judged at all. I felt like I'm in good hands because they were very thorough and immediately came up with a plan to help me. The lady at the front that assists with the payment method was also very helpful and guided me every step of the way. They try their best to accommodate the patient when it comes to scheduling. They referred me to their Green Valley branch to get a root canal and the team there was also superb. I trust them with all my heart. I'm excited to achieve my dental health goal with them.

I just got back from a 12pm appointment I scheduled 2 days ago, new patient. I was sent a reminder today for my appointment today at 8am. I go in and the lady asks if I filled out my information form and I said no, I didn't receive one, just the reminder text from earlier. Before I can even get done with the first page, another lady comes out and ask can I come back at 2pm. I kindly said no, I go to bed at that time. She gives me a attitude and says, well you never confirmed your appointment. So I show her the only text I received and she sits there silently trying to stare me down. So I just left and said I'll find a new dentist. Both receptionist looked like they had a rough night. Very unprofessional place!

As someone mentioned on here previously, they are gentle on the teeth and pocketbook. And my new dentist is great. Looking forward to future visits as I wished I'd done this a few years ago

It was a very nice visit first time with Gentle Dental, the Drs staffs are wonderful. Services and help to patients were amazing. It's such an honor for me to have known a Dental Clinic such this! The dentist was great! He was personable and professional. He explained my situation and options in a clear and understandable manner. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the lady who took my x-rays was great. The Insurance lady, Zella, approached me and asked me if I would like a bridge and I said it depended on if it would be covered by my insurance. After my visit, she advised me that if I would switch insurance it would be covered and she handed me an agent's card and advised me to switch to Humana. I told her I had an agent that I had been working with for 4 years. If she would have checked, she would have seen that my insurance did, in fact, cover bridges. This is, nothing short of unethical and unscrupulous behavior and I will be filing a formal complaint. I was very disappointed with the hygienist as well. He called me back, never introduced himself, led me to the chair and disappeared for five minutes. He returned and never said a word while he cleaned my teeth. When I got home I noticed there was still some plaque on my teeth. I will not be returning.

I can’t say enough good things about Gentle Dental! My whole family (my husband, my son, and I) all go here, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming (especially with my little one!), always putting us at ease. The dentists are gentle, attentive, and take the time to explain everything, which has been especially helpful for my son. It's rare to find a clinic where the whole family feels comfortable, but Gentle Dental truly gets it right. We’re so grateful to have them, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Gentle Dental is the best place. I've been a customer for 20yrs. Every dentist I've had are fabulous. Efficient, staff is friendly. Listens to every question and need. I tried Absolute Dental due to insurance plan. The dentist prescribed medicine that would have possibly killed me. Didn't bother to read allergies to medicine. . Will always stick with Gentle Dental
