Had an appointment for a regular cleaning today. Hygienist did a great job! Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Previous bill discrepancy was researched and resolved within minutes. Really thankful for all the staff working on 8-16-24. Thanks again!

Gentle Dental Crossroads is the MOST welcoming and comforting dentist office in the Valley! Harley at the front desk is extremely personable and accommodating and Dr.Bodiroga is so sincere and caring. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable during your visit. I really felt like all the staff took the time to listen to me. I'm so happy I found Dr.Bodiroga and I will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Bodiroga for my dental appointment, and I must say, it was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. As someone who struggles with anxiety around dental visits, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the office. First and foremost, I want to commend the friendly staff Harley business manager who went above and beyond to ensure that my insurance information was sorted out. She took the time to call my insurance company, making the whole process seamless and stress-free for me. She is very knowledgeable about the services and treatment, which help me fell confident about making an informed decision on my treatment plan. The dental assistant who assisted me during my visit was incredibly gentle and considerate. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire x-ray, and was so in sync with Dr Bodiroga during the procedure, making the process I was most anxious, about both simple and pain-free. Their care and attention to detail really made a difference for someone like me who tends to feel anxious in these situations. And finally, I can't say enough about Dr. Bodiroga. From the moment I met them, they exuded warmth, kindness, and professionalism. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Their friendly demeanor and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart. Thanks to the exceptional care I received at Gentle Dental, what could have been a daunting experience turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable. I have been going through so much recently. I have a complex case with a lot of moving parts and A LOT of room for error, miscommunication between agencies and a whole lot more I am declining to describe further, just know it is a train wreck and Murphy's Law is driving. Getting to the point that Gentle Dentle works in a cohesive manner between most all locations. I needed a little assistance when my DDS had left for the day, Crossroads seamlessly responded to my urgency, pointing me in the right direction, providing me with the information I needed, and then some, knowing the additional details would be pertinent to the situation. Harley assisted me today, and if I wasn't already a Gentle Dental patient, I would immediately switch to this office, knowing that I would be taken care of! I went in for some dentures and they were more worried about forcing me into a cleaning. I mentioned that I’m getting all my teeth pulled for denture. And they just responded that the dentist don’t like to look at dirty teeth. lol.

Office nicely located. Very clean and welcoming environment. The whole experience from front office, through to xrays, exam, and Dr. visit was exceptional. This visit was for 90 yr old MIL. Highly recommend!
