Gentle Dental Courtyard Plaza

Not one to leave reviews but felt compelled to after a regrettable experience. I was looking forward to starting orthodontic treatment at this location. Had a great initial consultation. Prior to starting treatment, I had been trying to get in contact with the front desk to discuss insurance questions and overall treatment estimate, which you would think is completely understandable. Trying to speak with someone or get an email response was like pulling teeth (no pun intended) but understandable if they’re busy. But then to be accused by an individual at the front desk of making them feel “uncomfortable” and “apprehensive” during a phone call is totally out of line and downright offensive. Can’t speak to the treatment itself but customer service is a joke here. Please, do better!

My appointment was excellent. My wait time was "less" than 10 minutes. The dentist exam was painless, Dr. Montgomery is always pleasant and humming a happy tune. My husband calls him the singing dentist.The hygienist was also cheerful and did a great job with my teeth cleaning; she was knowledgeable and gave me tips for special cleaning brushes to use. Thank you all for the great care!

I visited today for a regular checkup. They took me in on time for my appointment, even though they were short handed today. They took X-rays and cleaned my teeth promptly. Then Dr. Montgomery looked at my teeth and found a tooth that I had cracked on a cherry pit. I didn’t know it was cracked. I was glad he found it! I will come back in a few weeks for it to be filled, saving the tooth and expensive repair. I highly recommend Gentle Dental. They care about their patients and they keep your teeth in top condition!

This office squeezed me in last minute when the Moore office's female dentist told me that her arm muscle was giving her trouble and just walked away mid-appointment after it had taken me 2 months to get that appt scheduled! I highly recommend this office! Great staff, great pricing, noone quitting mid-procedure!! I am grateful to this office for caring more about their patients than $.

Great experience! I'm scared to death of going to the dentist. Angel was my hygienist and she was awesome. Very friendly, played some great tunes and calmed me down enough to get me through the appt just fine. Thank you!
