The used to be Clackamas Town Ctr. Gentle Dental moved to the nearby Ross/Michael's location. I was the first patient there for Heather, the hygienist. Of course the facility is brand new; everything in perfect condition: clean and bright. The front office lady - I wish I would've gotten her name was beyond kind, friendly, and helpful. Carlos, the dental asst. is a gem. So positive and caring. Very efficient. Heather, beside being incredibly friendly, kind, and bubbly absolutely lives up to the brand name. She's so gentle and knowledgeable: I told her that I am ultra sensitive and usually need more numbing than the average. She talked me through every step which helped me focus on the information, while receiving the injections for the local anesthesia. I was there for a periodontal (deep) cleaning. Nothing hurt me while she was working very thoroughly and diligently on me (be it by a machine or manually). I have 0 concern re. my next appt. I'm almost looking forward to it b c I trust them 100%, based on what I experienced; plus, I know my health will be much better. Thank you all.
