For the first time in my life, I had an extremely positive experience getting my teeth cleaned and having an examination. Everyone is so nice and kind and care so much that you're comfortable. I am so thankful that my last dentist of 25 years stopped taking my insurance! Definitely go to Gentle Dental to get your next dental exam...you won't regret it. Great experience from start to finish. I felt welcome at the reception counter, as well as the work station. You know most of the time we relate dentist with pain. But let me tell you miss Sohaila G. did an excellent work.. 100% pain free, very professional, making me aware before hand. Great dentist.

First time here and let me just say this is the best experience I’ve had with a dentist office!! They made me feel welcome and comfortable! Dental hygienist was the greatest experience! She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything throughly! I’m glad I found Gentle Dental-Chandler!!

My hygienist is most excellent. She does her job well without scolding the patient. The office equipment seems to be outdated but it is still functional.

Sohaila, Amanda and staff are excellent. I have been going to this office for years and the dental care I received has been really professional and they have kept my periodontal issue in check. At 77 I've got all my teeth and it's because of Gentle Dental.

Appointment times for orthodontist are so inconvenient. Then they screwed up my scans for my new trays which resulted in me having to make another appointment, which had to be at a different location. And now I have to wait 5 weeks until I get the new ones in. They didn’t do anything to try to apologize or make it right. I asked if they could rush the new trays and I was told no. I wish I had done more research and found somewhere more convenient and a place that didn’t treat their patients with such impatience. I never leave their feeling like I am a valued patient. I trusted them because I go to gentle dental for my routine dental work. I do not recommend their orthodontist.

Fantastic group, friendly, courteous, gentle, caring office on Dobson and Frye. I’ve never been treated so well, they explain everything that’s going on and give you options and also stay with what your insurance will cover. Started at Gentle Dental on McClintock and they were very pushy and always wanted you to sign up for some treatment plan. Wanted to pull most of my bottom teeth when there was no reason to, so I switched offices and hit the jackpot.

Highly recommend this office! Sohail is my hygienist and absolutely phenomenal! The entire staff is friendly and personable! After years of fear and not going to the dentist I finally tried this location and have now been coming regularly! They have minimized my fears with their amazing staff!
