Dr. Maria Kwak and Kay the dental hygienist exhibited a high level of professionalism throughout my dental visit. They provided me with a painless and non-embarrassing experience. The staff that I encountered were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Gentle Dental Care has an awesome insurance plan.

The experience of being a patient has deteriorated over time. I was pleased with the service and friendliness when I first found Gentle Dental. The staff was exceptional and I could always find a convenient appointment time. The first challenge I had here was with Dr Lee when he was looking at a retainer that needed to be replaced soon. As soon as he had the retainer in hand, he carelessly snapped it in two pieces. I was less than impressed with how he handled the mistake. Eventually he offered to expedite the new one once I asked for a resolution. What made me move on from being a patient here was a recent scheduling issue. I booked my appointment online at the time most convenient for my schedule. They neglected to update their own availability and subsequently cancelled my appointment without reaching out to me to reschedule. Keep your online schedule up to date or just don't offer that as a feature.

If you hate going to the dentist like most people . Myself included. You’ll love Gentle Dental Care. It’s all in the name. Dr. Hahn, Dr. Lee and staff are kind, gentle & professional. You feel at ease and comfortable immediately. Dr. Hahn’s willingness to accommodate your dental needs is most impressive.

I had an appointment there for implants and met the doctor. I loved the dentist and wanted to go forward. They gave me the price of min $28k but could be extremely higher. She recommended I get dental insurance for what I don't know because they do not pay for cosmetic dentistry. The older white lady that handle the finances said she would call me back in and take the next steps. I live across the street in Midtown, so I am aware of high cost. To make a long story short, I went with Ponce Dental Studio, which was 20-30% cheaper for full implants. I did the exact same thing I did in Gentle care the difference is, they went to work on finding me banks that would cover. I am having surgery in one week. This is how you handle business not turn away potential patients. I still walk by your office every day knowing I made the better choice,

They were very attentive to my insurance details, always verifying my benefits and letting me know how much I’d need to pay out-of-pocket. I had four appointments here—two for cleaning the left and right sides of my mouth. I'm not sure why they couldn't do the entire mouth in one session, but the best part was getting three fillings done in just 30 minutes. Recommend it!
