Dr. Myer and the entire staff is amazing. I’ve been going to Gentle Dental for at least a month now, for my cleanings I always have a great experienced. my hygienist does a great job taking care of me. She’s very patient and make sure I’m pain free before she proceeded!
Absolutely thrilled with my recent visit to Dr. Meyer! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Meyer expertly made and placed my temp crown, making the procedure smooth and virtually painless. Her skill, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident throughout, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. I'm so pleased with the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend Dr. Meyer for anyone needing dental care!
I asked for a simple cleaning and the reception people didn't tell me I would be getting a comprehensive exam as well which was an out of pocket cost. Make sure you triple check what services you would be receiving because I wouldn't have gone here if I knew I was getting another comprehensive exam as I had one in the last year. I have already tried reaching out to them about this issue and they have refused to do anything about it.
Alicia was a wonderfully pleasant dental hygienist during my routine cleaning. I've been coming to Gentle Dental for two years and it is always a positive experience.
DO NOT GO HERE. Office is a mess and lacks communication. Came here as a last minute resort since my original dentist was booked for a simple filling. Dr. Myer did the filling for which I had pain for weeks afterwards. I contacted her regarding this and she said that this was normal and to wait it out. So I did. For months I was left in pain until I could no longer bear it and went back but they would only see as a consult and on FOUR separate occasions had me take X-rays (insurance scam). She had no resolutions for me and said that it was NORMAL and said that this pain was something I would have to live with FOREVER. I was flabbergasted and felt so helpless. I went to a second dentist and they found that Dr. Myer had not done the filling properly and when he had removed the filling it chipped out immediately. The second dentist said that the filling had not adhered properly and was the reason why I had pain for months. They had immediately fixed it which is what Dr. Myer should have done instead of ignoring my situation and being too self confident in her own ways and instead of believing her patient.
I am happy with my appointments at Gentle Dentle in Brighton, MA. - Dr Meyer for dental work & Dr Yang for oral surgery at the same office. Both do quality work, are easy to talk to, explain ahead of the procedure, & receptive to patient input.
Great service up front And a fantastic dentist, Dr. Myer, who is very knowledgeable and skillful while working on your teeth. I have lived in many cities and know that finding a dentist can be difficult. Found ours here in Brighton. Highly recommend.
