I honestly don't know where to start with this review. Two and a half months ago, I went in to this location to get X-rays done and my case was left at "insurance approval". I told them that first day I was there before leaving that i'd like to do anything I can to hasten the process because my life is kinda on hold while waiting to get these two dental implants done (my two front teeth) and that i'd be happy to pay out of pocket for anything the insurance did not approve just to get things done quicker. I have called to check on the status of my case twice a week for 11 weeks and every single time i have called, the secretary has told me over the phone the exact same thing, "I will relay your concern / this information over to the dentist and then have them (the dentist) get back to you. I have never once in these 11 weeks received a call back from gentle dental, let alone been able to once talk to the dentist in any of the 20 or so times I have called. It is crazy to me how unprofessionally everything has been handled this far, TBH i dont know why I didnt just have my records and X-rays transferred to a different dentist after the fourth or fifth week of this nonsense.
