Gentle Dental Brea has by far been the most attentive, caring, and friendly dentist office I have ever been to. Because of my past experiences with other dental offices, I would have never thought I'd be using those words to define one. From the moment you walk in, the office staff immediately greet you by name! They truly know how to tend to your needs and answer any questions you may have. They are super friendly and highly informed. Once you get called to a room, it doesn't matter who you get because they're all amazing at their job. They truly care about you and your well being. I love walking into the space because I know I'm going to be taken care of. I could not recommend a better dental office than this one!

Honestly I'm really not sure how they got such high reviews. I came here after my lifelong family dentist stopped carrying my insurance that I got as an adult. I wanted to try out a place to bring my entire family to. I've already had braces. I've never once in my life been told I grinded my teeth and needed a mouth guard for it. I have otherwise had perfectly fine dental hygiene and came here due to the feeling of having something lodged in the back of my mouth. They immediately tried to sell me on a $350 mouth guard and "what an excellent candidate for Invisalign I was"... I then went on to watch them immediately try to sell 3 other people on Invisalign. Only interested in selling as much unnecessary s*** as they can.

Lisa is the best dental hygienist in gentle dental brea!!! I'm always happy with her wonderful expertise and gentle well detailed cleaning skills. She really does a great job and has so much experience I always feel comfortable and safe when she does my deep cleaning. Keep up the good work!! I will recommend this gentle dental to my friends and family in the future.

The staff at Gentle Dental are very professional. The office, waiting room and examination rooms are always clean. They have state of the art equipment to to give you the necessary exams needed to care for your teeth. I have been going to Gental Dental for several years now and highly recommend them.

I honestly don't know where to start with this review. Two and a half months ago, I went in to this location to get X-rays done and my case was left at "insurance approval". I told them that first day I was there before leaving that i'd like to do anything I can to hasten the process because my life is kinda on hold while waiting to get these two dental implants done (my two front teeth) and that i'd be happy to pay out of pocket for anything the insurance did not approve just to get things done quicker. I have called to check on the status of my case twice a week for 11 weeks and every single time i have called, the secretary has told me over the phone the exact same thing, "I will relay your concern / this information over to the dentist and then have them (the dentist) get back to you. I have never once in these 11 weeks received a call back from gentle dental, let alone been able to once talk to the dentist in any of the 20 or so times I have called. It is crazy to me how unprofessionally everything has been handled this far, TBH i dont know why I didnt just have my records and X-rays transferred to a different dentist after the fourth or fifth week of this nonsense.
