Gentle Dental

Wow. What a difference someone who has good insurance, and someone with not good insurance makes. My father was treated so well during his visits and procedures. So kind, so happy and wonderful staff. I had never seen such great care and kind, compassionate service from a dentist. And because of that, I booked and paid for a “special” x-ray and evaluation. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to finish my evaluation before my dad was done and ready to go home, so we rescheduled. My insurance initially denied the cleaning claim, but I got a text and call back saying they worked it out and were able to get my cleaning covered. I made an appointment, and when I got there, i was handed a $250 bill. I take care of my dad full time, and cannot afford that. So, not only did they not complete the exam I paid for, they sent me packing without even finishing what I paid for. The staff and Dr. Garg were very friendly and caring for my dad, but were very dismissive of me. Rude, actually. If you have money, they will treat you well. I drove 30 minutes today to get the rest of what I paid for, along with the cleaning they said they worked hard for me to get covered, but wouldn’t honor. This was an extraordinary bait and switch, and I’ll be fighting to get my money back for an incomplete exam, as well as the dishonest practice of surprise billing and wasted time.

As a new patient, I am impressed with the service I received during my first visit. The staff is down to earth, courteous, friendly and one could sense their commitment to provide a dental care plan specific to my needs. The Doctor, the technicians and the front desk were respectful, informative, and I didn’t wait for a long period to be admitted for my appointment.

I needed a new dentist because my previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance. First visit was great. They verified up front that my insurance would pay for my initial x-rays, cleaning, etc. Received the most thorough, pain free cleaning I think I have ever had from Sarah and Dr. Garg answered all my questions. I can highly recommend Gentle Dental.

Had to come and visit for four different appointments for me and my kids yesterday and today. ? Had a great visit both days. Found a few cavities that they took care of immediately. Dr. Ford was great. The Hygienists were great. Danielle and the other two staff in the front office were very kind and pleasant.? Everything was clean and comfortable. They were able to get me and my kids in very quickly within a few days, which I really appreciated.? Make sure to bring a sweater if you run cold.?

Oh my gosh! I haven’t been to a dentist in years so I was pretty nervous. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The experience was beyond my expectations. They were just fabulous. The name Gentle Dental is exactly what they are. I would recommend them to everyone.

The staff was friendly, personable, and professional. They made me feel welcome and seen as a valued patient. They were a little behind on appointment times, but that is perhaps, to be expected with afternoon times. The exam procedures and costs were adequately explained to me. They accept my insurance! Woohoo!

Everyone was professional and very friendly. From front desk staff, to Victoria, Sarah and Dr Garg! I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist due to scary and painful experiences from childhood. I was instantly put at ease by the Front Desk Staff. Victoria was gental and kind, Sarah was gentle as well and knowledgeable. Dr Garg took the time to educate me and worked hard to expedite a same day rush repair with extreme ease. Now I'm looking forward to future visits. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MESA GENTLE DENTAL.
