They were both extremely understanding of my situation, totally non judgemental and did everything to calm my anxiety. Dr Hall explained all the options available and the next steps. The front office staff were fabulous. They were calming and explained options available with pricing and dealing with insurance. I would fully recommend the practice to anyone.
