Geisler Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

I’ve had other extractions in the past but once I experienced Dr Geisler’s craft, I realized that I’ve worked with amateurs. This was hands down the best oral surgery I’ve had thus far. Worth every penny.

Dr. Geisler and her staff are amazing! I had to have my wisdom teeth extracted and I opted to not be sedated, which can be be uncomfortable, but the staff was so kind and kept me calm and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend if you need any oral surgery work.

10 stars if I could! My father is in his 80's with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure & diabetes. He had lots of teeth in bad shape that needed to be removed but both his regular dentist and OHSU didn't want to take on his complicated case with his health history and because he is on blood thinners. Dr. Geisler's name was mentioned to us so we scheduled a consultation with her. She was so kind and compassionate - she REALLY listened to our concerns and addressed them in her treatment plan. She was warm and exuded a quiet confidence that put us at ease. She spent quite a bit of time with us and answered all of our many questions. We left that appointment with something we hadn't had in months - hope. It was a 3 phase plan and we partnered with a dentist for the dental appliances. She removed the teeth quickly and in office (at one point we had been told elsewhere he would need to be in a hospital for removal) with no complications. The staff was wonderful with my dad and so patient at every visit. Dr. Geisler called the night of the removals to check on him and answer any questions that had come up. The whole experience could have been scary and painful but because of Dr. Geisler and her staff, it went smoothly, dad didn't feel a thing during the removals and has been healing better than expected. We are so very thankful for Dr. Geisler and her team. They are the absolute best!

If you are a highly anxious person like me, please see Dr. Geisler! The idea of getting my wisdom teeth out was causing me to lose sleep and have panic attacks, so I decided to get it over with and see Dr. Geisler. They were able to fit me in a week after my consult so I didn't have to anxiously wait any longer than I had to. I had no pain, and I can say with confidence that the anxiety beforehand plus the swelling after was 100 times worse than being awake for all 4 for my wisdom teeth being taken out. The staff listened to all of my preferences and it was not bad at all :)

Dr Geisler is an incredible person. She is so talented, super kind, and very respectful of patient needs and concerns. I could not recommend anyone as highly as her. Her staff are also very warm and well trained. Truly THE best of her peers!
