Geha Family Dental of Overland Park

I was referred here by my dentist that retired after being my dentist since I was a child. The ladies are nice here but honestly I am not pleased by the dental work I have received for the year I went here and have chosen to find a new dentist. They suggested I get my wisdom teeth removed since “they will cause issues in my 60s” so I got a second opinion and the other dentist said it is not necessary as long as I keep them clean. A filling I got an entire year ago STILL has sharp pains occasionally and after adjusting my bite several times it still isn’t 100% how it felt before the filling, I wish I would have gotten that filling done somewhere else. The technology they have is very up to date and brand new however, I would recommend getting dental work elsewhere.

I had a tooth that needed a crown and Dr. Geha and his staff took really good care of me. The crown was even made and put on the same day!! Everyone in the office from the front desk, hygienist, to the dental assistant are top notch. I highly recommend them and my whole family will be coming here. They have gained my trust.

Called to make an appointment for a procedure. I was referred to Geha, however due to the disrespectful and condescending receptionist, I decided not to use this dentist. Geha you're losing business with these types of employees.. I can't refer anyone your way. Seems as though these employees are the voice of your practice.

Both dentists are great and today I was especially impressed with hygienist Mary, who very thoughtfully used the panoramic x-ray on me since the normal bitewings are very painful for me. She also uses a painless water scaler instead of that metal “hook”! Very grateful for her thoughtfulness and gentle approach.
