My family has been coming here for years. They even did my kids braces. They are always professional, friendly, and laugh at my dumb jokes. Today I got a cleaning and lasers from Maria. She was great and the entire procedure was painless. I would recommend them 100%.

My wife get our dental work done here and today we had our 4 year old son come by for his 1st dental visit. The staff was very kind making sure they knew how to pronounce his name. When he got his xrays done, Monica was so gentle and explained to him what she was doing and what it was for. She made my son feel so comfortable for his 1st visit ever. When he got his teeth cleaning she also was very detailed with what tools she was using and what they were for. They praised my son for his great job and for his amazing dental hygiene. That made him smile and feel great about himself. The intern who was also helping out was sweet and shared with our son how she has a 4 year old daughter and the things she likes. My son shared he likes superheroes. These little interactions really made the whole experience great for our son. Thank you, I'm glad he had a positive experience. It'll make it easier to return for a follow-up.

Scam scam scam scam scam! I had an inlay replaced and the dentist ground my tooth down too low and I can tell the seal isn't complete. Went to an appointment Thursday to follow up as I've been having pain for 2 months and was told I need a root canal. A date was scheduled for Wednesday which I thought was tentative considering the dentist didn't look in my mouth and I wasn't asked which crown I wanted (assuming they are charging me for the most expensive one as I want the one covered by my insurance that is made in the lab). I called Monday to cancel and was told THERE IS A $200 CANCELLATION FEE! ARE YOU JOKING!? So now I have to choose between a procedure I dont want or an enormous cancelation fee? Guess I know how they afforded the new office remodel. Christian business my ass.

Gateway dental is a great facility. Gabby at the front desk is so helpful with any insurance or billing questions. Dr. Reid is an outstanding dentist, and he makes you feel comfortable with his calming demeanor. A special thanks to hygienist Angie , she is awesome. She knows all the tips and tricks on how to get a better oral hygiene report card.

Great place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have been working with hygienist Angie. She is great. She walks you through the steps, and goes over the aftercare. I really appreciate this. Dr Reid is another who makes sure you understand everything. He takes the time to explain. You don't feel rushed. Really Great place. Thank you all
