6/19/24- I called to verify if they would accept my insurance after I found them on my dental provider portal. The gentlemen on the phone told me he never heard of my insurance. His solution to verifying my insurance was for me to come in and bring my card. As a potential new patient you'd except more of an effort, we're living in 2024 we can via email or use fax... This would avoid me having to come in if they don't accept my insurance. I had to write a review of my experience because I thought this location would of been a good fit due to their reviews.

Only been there twice but so far I am very impressed. They go out of their way to work with you and will stay late to accommodate you. Above and beyond which is very rare these days! I have found my new dentist!

We love Gateway Dental Centre! The staff and doctors are incredibly nice and make our visit a pleasant experience. My kids are now looking forward to their appointments. We love the welcoming atmosphere and the wonderful care they receive. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental experience for their children!

I have been going here for almost 9 years, my oldest daughter which is almost 11 loves going and my 4 year old boy does too. They make them feel so comfortable. We are almost 40 minutes away and don’t mind the drive at all.
