Gateway Dental Care

This dental office is SO amazing! They have the friendliest staff and the doctors are so professional and fun! The hygienist was very thorough and did a great job keeping me comfortable. I would highly recommend Gateway Dental Care to anyone!!! Happy to report I had a clean bill of dental health.

I called Saturday morning and was able to get in within 20 minutes. The staff and dentist were so amazing. I have a fear of going to the dentists. The doctor was very professional and kind. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, making jokes and offering words of wisdom. He made sure everything that needed to be done was quick, yet took the time to make sure it was done gently and properly. The dental assistant, Matthew, was very kind, checked up on me throughout the down time to make sure I was doing well. This experience gave me a better feeling about going to the dentist. Thank you for everything!

Gateway is a great provider. I have never waited more than 5 minutes before being taken back to begin my appointment. I feel like they respect my time and do their best to stay on schedule. This is rarity in the medical field. The staff are all wonderful, I've never had a negative interaction with any of them. Their excellent customer service is what has kept me there for almost 3 years. After moving further South 2 years ago, I drive 45 minutes to their office because it's hard to find great providers these days.

Very friendly office. I was really impressed with how efficient this office ran. The Dr was very caring and gentle. I also appreciated that I wasn’t being told I needed unnecessary treatments or being upsold on some new weird things I’ve never heard of. My appointment was on time no waiting. Pricing was fair. After searching for a new dentist for awhile I think this is my new dentist! :)

I’ve been going to Gateway Dental for over 10 years now and can’t recommend them enough. Dr. Powell has always taken extraordinary care of me. My hygienist Dolores is always very thorough, gentle, personable, kind and gives great advice. America the assistant welcomed me back with a warm smile, was also very personable and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 in my book!

I have been with this office for over 5 years and they are so awesome! Front desk is very nice and the doctors/hygienists are kind. I have had many traumatic dental surgeries (recovery wise) like bone grafts from a referral of theirs in recent years and Gateway has been kind and patient with my pain and were understanding in making sure I felt comfortable through all of it. They helped explain the process and billing portion well. The only thing I would say is communication or chart review could be improved. At least in my situation of course. I know I have had a lot of work done and history with braces, etc. but not did everyone know what was going on I feel like and I would have to reiterate. Not the biggest deal but I feel it could help. Nonetheless these guys are awesome and I would highly recommend!! Great people!
