Customer Reviews
Very professional and kind staff. Everytime my daughter and I come, we are welcomed with a smile. They are very gentle and when the doctor notice’s when brushing and flossing has not been done correctly he shows her exactly what she needs to do. I’m so glad I found Gardena Dental ❤️
I have been a patient at Gardena Dental Care since November 2023, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental practice. The staff is incredibly patient, kind, and professional. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for their patients. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and a genuine willingness to help. Their dental hygienist is outstanding and empathetic. The team works tirelessly to find affordable solutions for dental care, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible treatment without financial strain. Their dedication to patient care and comfort is evident in every interaction, and they take the time to explain procedures thoroughly, making sure you feel informed and at ease. I highly recommend Gardena Dental Care to anyone seeking top-notch dental services. Their commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction truly sets them apart. Thank you, Gardena Dental Care, for your outstanding service!
After experiencing inconsistencies at other Dental offices I decided to give Gardena Dental a try and I'm happy with the work and services that they provide every time. Dr. Tyler Zalatimo is my go to dentist now, they listen to your concerns and they explain everything in detail. The girls at the front desk are very friendly. I highly recommend Gardena Dental if you're looking for reliable, clean and consistent dental office.
I had an early morning appointment on a Saturday morning for a tooth check. Staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor was very thorough with his explanation and patient with my question. The financial manager was also very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, wonderful experience!! 10/10 5 stars! Would highly recommend
First off I wanted to take some time to give my honest feedback about Gardena Dental Care because if there’s one thing I know it’s that you need a good, honest, professional and caring dentist!!! and let me tell you this is the place. They listen to you and tell you what you need done also it’s affordable and they offer a few different payment options which is always nice especially now a days that everything is so expensive. They take the time to explain exactly what you need done and tell you what can wait!!! So take it from me you will love this office just like I do.
called them, they took me in & made me an appointment the same day. When I walked in, I was greeted & treated respectfully. Everyone was friendly & respectful. They took their time to help me & treated me w/ care even though I didnt have insurance at the moment. Highly recommended !!
ladies at the front desk were nice. the only thing that annoyed me a bit is when i was booking my appointment the lady on the phone went out her way and offered a free consultation but i still ended up having to pay for it despite her confirming it on the phone a few times. apparently she didn't write it down when making the appointment. i was fine paying the $35 it was just the principle of it. i didn't ask for a free consultation or anything it was just offered. so if you're offered a free consultation make sure they write it down or get their name (i didnt remember the lady's name. i thought it was carol but they told me they didn't have anyone named that working there) i needed a root canal done. i had already went to a different dentist before but decided to go here for a second opinion. they told me they would have to extract one of my teeth in order to do the root canal and put on a crown. the other dentist i went to never mentioned having to extract any teeth. long story short, i got the root canal done at the other dentist without having to extract any teeth. i’m not sure if they were trying to make a few extra bucks but i think it’s weird to add on to a service when it’s not needed.
