Nov 21, 2024 · Maliyah Kirkladies at the front desk were nice. the only thing that annoyed me a bit is when i was booking my appointment the lady on the phone went out her way and offered a free consultation but i still ended up having to pay for it despite her confirming it on the phone a few times. apparently she didn't write it down when making the appointment. i was fine paying the $35 it was just the principle of it. i didn't ask for a free consultation or anything it was just offered. so if you're offered a free consultation make sure they write it down or get their name (i didnt remember the lady's name. i thought it was carol but they told me they didn't have anyone named that working there) i needed a root canal done. i had already went to a different dentist before but decided to go here for a second opinion. they told me they would have to extract one of my teeth in order to do the root canal and put on a crown. the other dentist i went to never mentioned having to extract any teeth. long story short, i got the root canal done at the other dentist without having to extract any teeth. i’m not sure if they were trying to make a few extra bucks but i think it’s weird to add on to a service when it’s not needed.
