As always, I appreciate the outstanding care I receive at Fusion Dental! The entire staff is consistently kind, thoughtful, patient and skilled and seriously people I look forward to seeing! As I get older, there have been dental needs that require a bit of forward thinking and expertise. I couldn’t be happier with the choices I have been given and the recommendations I have received. They take the time to get it right and to make sure I am comfortable with our decisions! From cleaning to more complicated procedures, I feel the care is cohesive and well planned! Good Dental care, but, my insurance company was dropped again. I can only change insurance during open enrollment in December. I specifically changed to a company with preferred provider status, only to find out you guys dropped that company two months ago. My only options are to pay the non-prefered rate, or find a new periodontist.

Bait and switch! This Delta Dental provider deceived me by saying "they don't submit all procedures codes to insurance company so I was told I would have to pay cash and submit to Delta Dental for reimbursement. Why? They don't want to accept the negotiated (discounted) rates that are contracted with Delta. So I pay full rate and deal with Delta Dental on my own. Scammers! Do yourself a favor and go to an honest provider who doesn't play games.
