Frost Orthodontics

Tuesday I went in for my monthly wire change and checkup. Usually I am very nervous but I had the absolute best orthodontist assistant named Wendy. She had such amazing energy and was so kind made my experience really incredible. She also has been the best by far at double checking and making sure no wires were poking at my gums. Thank you Wendy, you are the best! Also Dr.Hinton was wonderful at explaining the plan and was very positive on how my teeth were improving! Those two are an absolute dream team!!

Frost Orthodontist has been great. I was recommended by a friend. They were able to let me have a my dream smile by my wedding. They were accommodating and super attentive. I appreciate all their care through my journey. They will be missed. I’m glad I chose them as my orthodontists for my braces.

Ann was incredibly patient and wonderful in helping us understand our options, and we loved Dr Frost and decided we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fast forward a month or so and we had some questions about our youngest daughter and her speech, so I got in touch with Ann again. She recommended a visit, and even my shy 5 year old loved it here. She’s starting treatment next month as well! The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, leaving us always feeling 100% confident in their opinions. And after my girls get well underway…I’m next! ?

From the moment I walked in to Frost for the initial consult, to getting braces and tads, and all of my subsequent appointments, my experience at Frost has been so incredibly positive. My treatment coordinator, Ann, spent as much time as necessary in the initial discussion about treatment for my gummy smile. She followed up with phone calls and an email making herself available for any outstanding questions. She celebrated with me once I got my braces and tads placed and continues to check in on me throughout my journey. Today I was greeted by Ann with a hug and excitement about my progress. Ann is not the only member at Frost who makes a difference. From the beginning it was clear that I am valued and my comfort and satisfaction matter . The warmth with which you are greeted ant Frost and the genuine excitement shared when progress is made is so very rare. During a time when medical care is changing, Frost Orthodontics has set itself apart by putting the patient first. At Frost you aren’t a number. You are a person who matters to a team grateful for your trust and business. The cookies, coffee and ice cream bars are an added bonus to the sweet, well trained and happy staff.
