She’s friendly, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. The amenities they offer are fantastic—especially the lifetime retainers and the shuttle service that picks up kids from school for their appointments. It makes scheduling so much easier! Dr. Frigo is truly exceptional. His passion for orthodontics shines through in every interaction. He has a unique way of mentoring kids, breaking down complex concepts into terms they can easily remember. My children look forward to their visits because of the positive and encouraging atmosphere he creates. Overall, Frigo Orthodontics is a top-notch practice that genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Frigo is not only a skilled orthodontist but also a fantastic mentor. He took the time to discuss values, goals, and the importance of grit at each appointment, making the journey truly enriching. Even after finishing my treatment, their care remains exceptional. Recently, Brandi went above and beyond by picking up my 3D models and bringing them to the office so I could easily get a new retainer made. Dr. Frigo and his team, Alissa and Brandi, are absolutely amazing! They are always so helpful and accommodating. My daughter recently lost her retainers, and they replaced them so quickly (the same day in fact) and free of charge! Their level of care and customer service is top-notch. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Frigo Orthodontics. For starters, everyone in the office is so genuinely kind. Jennifer, Brandi, Lyiah, and Sarah make me feel like family or a friend every time I see them. They greet me by name without my even having to tell them my name. That’s beyond impressive considering the number of patients they come across. Lastly, Dr. Frigo himself has such a gentle and loving spirit. I am in awe at each visit at not only how amazing he makes me feel, but at the way I overhear him speaking positivity and life into each and every child and patient. He truly is being used by God to inspire and instill love and confidence in those around him. And I am so proud of him for that. I’ve never seen anyone who works there even look like they are having a day. Each person at his office is so filled with joy and it is infectious. Keep doing what you are doing!

Dr Frigo and his staff are extraordinary. By far exceeding any and all expectations I had. Truly top tier professionalism. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Dr Frigo took his time to go into depth for each on of my kids and their plan of care. All questions comments and concerns answered with true and genuine care. It was a phenomenal experience.
