Frigo Chris DDS

Dr. Frigo is not only a top orthodontist in the MS, Gulf coast region but he is a doctor who has a passion for his profession! He is a very caring and compassionate doctor who aims to set a higher industry standard for serving those under his care. I did Invisalign through him a few years ago and moved out of the state. I had a problem with a crown from an implant which kept breaking and falling out. It could have been around 7 times or more I had to revisit the dentist that did my implant. I had to return to Dr. Frigo’s office a few times to do new retainers. He is the only Orthodontist I know that makes retainers for all his former patients free of charge! Retainers cost $200-$500 to replace. So, you can imagine how much it would have cost me to redo the retainers every time that crown was remade and replaced! If it were not for the free replacement, I would most likely have done the retainers more than a year and half later which would have affected my teeth. I appreciate the generosity of Dr. Frigo and the exemplary service he and his staff have given me. I am keeping my dentist and orthodontist at MS even though I am a full-time RVer because they are both irreplaceable in my opinion. You just cannot replace doctors with passion, integrity, and great service!

I was picked up by lyiah and had a whole conversation on the way to the office.Then I had my braces put on by Sarah.Everyone was so nice and hospitable.

My son had his braces put on yesterday and to say the process was smooth is an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to make sure his fears were at ease, and answered all 100 questions he had with complete patience and kindness. I think we made the best decision with choosing Frigo Orthodontics to straighten up his smile. :)

Dr. Frigo and I met last February to go over me getting braces. I was in quickly by March to get them put on and they were off by December! He is the nicest person I think I’ve ever met, actually cares for his patients, and gave me my dream smile!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Ms. Anita did a lot of my check ups and monthly visits, she is the sweetest and super gentle! Overall this is the BEST place to have any ortho work done. 10/10!!

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Frigo for about 10 years (though I’ve been out of braces for 8). Every few years I have to go back and get new retainers (which are free!) and it’s always a nice experience at their new office. This time, I needed to come in and get some new ones but they’ve moved over to a scanned system to create retainers which can take about a week to make. When I explained that I live out of town now, the tech who was working with me, Courtney, offered to do the traditional impressions and then the scan that they would send to me! She was really kind throughout the whole process and I greatly appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. Now though I just get to wait downstairs sipping on a latte that the lady at the front desk made for me which is greatly appreciated!!
