I’m sure Dr Norfolk is great but I saw a new dentist today and had a horrible experience. She didn’t listen, she made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, the assistant had trouble with the xrays and needed to repeat two of them, saying their computer frozen. I’m pregnant and was being seen for a dental trauma. I wasn’t thrilled with xrays in the first place, so unnecessarily repeating 2 of them was quite upsetting. The plan put in place by the dentist made no sense, which really isn’t surprising since she didn’t listen to me. In my opinion, her inexperience showed greatly. I left in pain and confused about the plan. Overall an awful experience and I won’t be back.

So, I hate going to the dentist, period. This office makes it impossible for me to continue feeling this way. First, everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to reschedule or schedule appointments if need be. The office is comfortable and clean, beautifully kept. I got a crown done and it was literally painless. The staff knows I don’t do too good with the visits and they go out of their way to be helpful and considerate. If you hate going to the dentist, I understand but this office is great!!! They will help you out. Awesome staff and great work!!

Hold on to your wallet at this place. They sent a bill for my son's deductible from insurance. I paid it. They cashed the check. I have the cashed check from the bank. They keep sending bills, saying it hasn't been paid. I have called repeatedly and they won't get off there dead a$$es to check it for me. Now they are sending me to collections. For a bill I paid 6 months ago! I hope they take me to court so they can look stupid in front of the judge.

Do not go there. Horrible experience, dentists and assistant were bickering back in forth during the procedure,I was soaked from the waste down because of water equipment leaking not once but twice i had to say something because this went un noticed.at the end of the procedure the assistant tried to book me another appointment for dental work on a tooth that I had already had removed this is after two hours of already working on me. I can't make this stuff up.

I had an appointment at 8AM this morning to fix a broken tooth, not only did I get taken on time, but the entire staff is super friendly and very professional. Their process to numb the area was outstanding; I didn't even feel the needle on bit. It took about 45 minutes which is what they estimated when I made the appointment a week ago. As the Novocain wore off, I started to get a slight headache and that side of my mouth felt a little uncomfortable, but I took a couple Advil and now that the numbness has completely gone away, I feel great. No pain in that area at all!! Thank you all for keeping me comfortable the entire time.
