10/10 for Customer service, cleanliness, customer care and they have the most beautiful dog there name Timber! Very welcoming staff that made me feel comfortable and welcomed! They quickly got me in despite my hectic schedule! The entire staff is AWESOME! The receptionist Tim is the best! Very nice guy! So glad that I found them!!! They also have the Holy Bible placed in their waiting room which sold me immediately! I love this place and I highly recommend them!!

The staff are wonderful, and the office is very nice. I really appreciate their scheduling system, which sends text notifications when you make an appointment and when it's getting near. I also like the newer technology with the digital x-rays. I appreciate the time Dr. Kirk takes with patients to discuss their care.

Had a nice visit. Office very welcoming, my first visit and had xrays and evaluation by Dr. Kirk. Getting teeth cleaned next visit and going over treatment plan. Just changed to Humana and anxious to see what dental plans pay. I have a $6,000 allowance for year.

First time visit today. Everyone was so friendly and helpful- very welcoming environment and nice team. Got my teeth cleaned- they feel great. Appreciate the care to show me why 2 fillings need replacing and why others can simply be watched for now. Also appreciate how good Tim is with scheduling and all else that he assists with - was able to get in much more quickly than anticipated and am lucky to be able to fill a cancellation to get the fillings replaced this week too! Happy that I believe I’ve found a place that I’ll be comfortable coming for years to come.

This was my first visit to Dr Kirk’s office. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I had an x-ray of my teeth and Dr Kirk told me how to care for a compromised tooth which was projected onto a large screen i could see. Then he examined every tooth in my mouth making notes about each one. I learned more about my dental health in that one visit that i have in my many years of going to a dentist! I highly recommend.

Another great visit to Frankfort Avenue Family Dental. The staff is very friendly. They remember me every time I come in. Doctor Kirk is great at what he does and is very honest with me about my dental health.

I had a gap between my front teeth. I had asked my previous dentist about getting it fixed and was told I would have to get braces! I asked Dr. Kirk and he said that he could fix it, no problem! My gap is completely gone, with minimal work and he also did a fabulous job on my crown! He also was able to tell me that I needed a mouth guard to prevent my teeth from shifting, which my previous dentist never mentioned as an option! He and his entire staff make me feel right at home, and of course Timber is the main star of the practice! My entire family now comes here!
