I can't recommend Dr. Frank Batastini enough! We are always greeted with warmth and a great sense of humor that instantly puts anybody at ease. Dr. Frank makes the entire orthodontic experience enjoyable. Dr. Frank is very knowledgable about his craft, and he takes the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. His attention to detail is impressive, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients' smiles. The staff is just as friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment every time we visit. I’ve been working with Dr Frank B for about a year & a half now & he has been phenomenal. Not only did he completely change my smile for the better, but has always been attentive to my concerns. His staff is incredible as well & very kind. They remembered by name very quickly in my journey, which is something I have never experienced with any doctor’s office. The orthodontists here are amazing! They’re friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I just got my braces off, and they were so kind! They rung a small bell and gave me a bag of goodies and some papers giving me good offers on whitening kits and retainer deals. Give this office a chance! I’m so glad I did.
