I've been a patient at Fort Gary Dental for over 14 years, and I can't recommend them enough! The level of care, the friendliness of the staff, and their attention to detail are truly outstanding. Not only do I go here, but my kids, my sister, and her family all do as well! The staff has always been fantastic, and the fact that many of them have been with the practice throughout my years as a patient speaks volumes about the positive work environment. Dr. Patrick Mao, along with every hygienist, dental assistant, and clerk, has made each visit a great experience. They always ensure we feel comfortable, and my daughter even loves going to the dentist, which really says it all! One of the things I appreciate most is the convenience—they send text reminders for appointments, which is so helpful for busy schedules, and they are fantastic with kids. It's so nice to not have to go to separate places for adult and pediatric care. The bond my kids have developed with their hygienists is invaluable, making each visit smooth and stress-free. Barbara is a wonderful hygienist - always ensures you are doing OK with the scaling. Dr Mao is a great dentist - very thoughtful and patient. In addition Michelle at the reception desk is exceptional - makes you feel welcome and she provides efficient service.

Dr Patrick Mao and all his staff are very polite and professional. Although I don't like going to the dentist, they make the experience a positive one every time. The receptionist Michelle is also very friendly, a pleasure to talk to.

The staff at Fort Garry Dental are very good. Walking into the building u are always greeted with a smile and hello The hygienist explains the process and is always keeping u informed on what is happening. The work is always a professional job. My appointment time was kept. I was pleased because I had booked an appointment for much later, but asked to be alerted if a cancellation came up, which it did. My cleaning was comfortable and quick. The dentist's visit was efficient and fairly informative. I realized that I hadn't received a new toothbrush following my cleaning ... maybe that's a thing now.
