Our daughter was referred to Fort Dental for oral surgery. For the first time in 16 years, she is excited about getting her smile back! The entire staff was wonderful from start to finish...but Heather deserves special recognition. As a special needs mom who works in the medical field, I was impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond for our daughter! She made sure she was comfortable and held her hand until she was asleep, she gave us important insurance info that saved us a huge copay! Thank you Fort Dental and Heather! Will recommend everytime no matter the distance, worth drive drive in our book!

Fort Dental Kids Dentistry should be rated a million stars if there is such an option as it is truly the best out there! My kids have been going here for a very long time. Everyone here starting with front desk, dental assistant, dental hygienist, our dentists, especially Heather (owner) are very compassionate,knowledgeable, kind and professional! You will have an amazing experience each time when coming in their office, whether you are in for dental services, having a great/educational conversation regarding dental health or just billings/financial questions. Love love our dentist!

What a joke of a place. We made appointments for are kids to get their wisdom teeth removed and waited two months for the appointments and they canceled both without telling us. Two different appointments two different times and I had to call them to find out. The first one they had not called me by the day before so I called and they said they had canceled the appointment because the teeth weren’t ready to come out. I asked why they hadn’t called me and they said they were going to. I asked when they had planned on it because the surgery was the next day and we had already adjusted our schedules for that day. They had no answer. Our other child’s appointment was two weeks later and they called to confirm about three days before so that was good but they said they would tell me what time the day before and they didn’t call so I called them and same story. They had canceled the appointment because they said the teeth weren’t ready. We had again adjusted our scheduled to accommodate this appointment and they canceled it without notice. They said the X-rays they had were from a year and a half ago. If they knew they had old X-rays then why in the two months we waited for the appointments could they not ask us to get updated ones? Why can’t they call and tell us that they need to cancel the appointments instead of calling to confirm when really they are canceling them? Based on their unprofessional actions with the appointments I wouldn’t let them work on my kids teeth because clearly they don’t really care about people just money and what works for them. They had lots of time to make everything right but they just did nothing and are on to the next.

They are so patient and kind and treat us with respect even though we are low income. All my boys go here. Always great experience. My son even won a prize which is kind of them to do.
