I began coming here when they operated on Saturdays. Everyone working here is so sweet and helpful. They take the time to educate you on good hygienic skills and offer appropriate products for your personal needs. They were very understanding while I was trying to get new insurance so I could go back. I truly enjoy going here and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at Focus Dental. I have a lot of anxiety around dental care and Dr. Rissler and her AMAZING team made this a very positive as and comfortable experience. I am excited to have found you all and to know that my oral health is in such great hands.

Beginning with the very nice girl that answers the phone & sets the appts. They were all very nice & they did an exceptional job on making 2 crowns in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with them & I won't go anywhere else.

Original: The in-office experience and the speed of the extraction were all great, however, I was sent on my way with five stitches in my mouth with absolutely no prescription for a pain medication to deal with the obvious pain. This is the reasons I'm leaving a 2 star review, you can be the nicest people and the fastest tooth puller in the Midwest but no one is going to happy when all they feel is pain after getting home. Edited: They did a lot to contact me after this review to say they don't usually have patients complain of pain after a fast tooth pull. I will go back to see if they'll follow the plan I want for my teeth, that my insurance covers, instead of the one they wanted to do.
