Florence Dental Arts is my go to Dental practice in Florence. The staff and Dr. there are very friendly. The practice is very clean and bright. Amanda was my hygienist, she did an excellent job! Very knowledgeable and competent in her skills. You can quickly tell that she is experienced and very passionate about her job. Very friendly in conversation as well!!! Dr. Cherry assisted with a Filling and my Crown for my implant. The crown process was very easy and Dr. Cherry was very thorough. I recommend Florence Dental Arts to anyone who needs some Dental work or Dental cleanings. If you call and have kids, ask about the "Treasure Chest"!

. Moving to Florence, SC I was in need of a dentist. I always disliked going to the dentist but chose Dr. Cherry of Florence Dental Arts and glad I did. He discussed my treatment options and answered all my questions, concerns and explained in detail. My dental work went smoothly and now I will be doing routine exams thanks to his staff and Dr. Cherry. I highly recommend this office.

I have on going billing problems with them...charged me for a no show for an appointment I never made. Only $40 but it is the principle of the issue. feel I do not owe it. I have called the billing Staff multiple times. They were very unresponsive and will only reply "is your bill ...you made the appointment...we gave you a card and call". I received no card but after looking back on my phone, I did see a missed call. I do not answer every call because of so many robo calls I get. My issue is because I did not answer or return their call, I was invoiced $40 for a no show. Seems to me that if you do not get confirmation or call back from a patient you should know there is a problem. Every doctor I see follows the policy...no confirmation, no appointment. Because of this unresolved issue I have changed dentist...so to the patients of FDA...better make clear your appointment dates before you leave. Dr. Cherry is a fine dentist and never had a problem with him. This problem is staff refusing to correct their mistake.

I'm a trucker not from this area but I work in the area. I had an emergency because of pain and swelling due to infection in my tooth I called the staff there and the worked me in that day.. was treated very well by the staff and Dr Cherry was very cool and informative. Put a plan together to take care of the issue. Prices for uninsured people are fair and transparent because I work here I will definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Cherry for your help..

Very friendly staff! Dr. Cherry was super nice and easy to talk too. A woman named Amanda was the one that took care of me most of the time and did my cleaning and X-Rays and she was perfect! Super nice and gentle during the cleanings. Would highly recommend.
