First Choice Dental- Madison East

Amazing experience from first touch point to final exit - and I am hard to please when it comes to dental visits! I struggle with significant anxiety, and my visit went wonderfully without a hitch. Location is clear and parking was easy. Admin was helpful and courteous, explaining everything and offering me tea. I waited less than 3 minutes. The hygienist team was quick and gentle (thank you, Taniah and Ashley!). They explained everything without making the process feel like a slog, and they prioritized my comfort, providing a blanket and fidget toy to help. They took the time to make sure I understood everything. The dentist was prompt and thorough. I am so satisfied and will absolutely be back!

This was by far the most pleasant dental visit I have ever had. Brooke was not only a skilled hygienist but also a delightful conversationalist, making me feel completely at ease. Her thorough cleaning and gentle guidance were top-notch. Dr. Austin was equally friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I am thrilled to have finally found a dental office that I can trust and look forward to returning to for all my future dental needs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Eased my dental fear and were very considerate of those fears. They made me feel comfortable when getting a new crown installed. Dr Austin and staff are wonderful!

My experience at 1st choice dental east was very good. I got greeted with a smile and how are you. Went back on time, which is great. Dr. Austin was very personable always checking to see if I was doing ok. Thanks for a good experience!

Facility is nice and staff is friendly. Procedures and visits are quick and they provide good reminders. However, they have consistently failed to follow-through on things after the appointment. I have been offered quotes for future procedures multiple times and have never received them. They've referred me to oral surgeons who never receive the referrals and don't get back to me when I call about it. Then they wonder why I haven't had a procedure done. This place has good reviews and it is very convenient for me. Maybe I just have bad luck.

Just went in for a regular cleaning and concerns about some gum recession. Usually cleanings hurt pretty bad because of the recession, but not here at all. They also do things like check for gum disease and signs of mouth cancer which no dentist I’ve gone to has ever done so that was pretty cool. It was very quick and painless. My hygienist was pretty gentle but got everything clean. And Dr. Austin is very nice as well. In previous experiences too, I feel like this place is one of the best accommodating to dental/medical anxiety so it helped me feel a lot more comfortable going there.

I love this dentist office. Highly recommend. Amazing doctors, hygienists, and admin staff. Have been to other FCD locations for different reasons, but always prefer the Madison East office because they are the best. Thank you for everything, Dr Austin!
