First Choice Dental- Madison Downtown

After being dentist phobic for years, these folks have turned me around. So much thanks to Tiffany for all her incredible work and constant support. The whole office group is amazing. Competent and welcoming. Thank you as always

Had a root canal become infected while traveling and first choice dental determined I needed an extraction. Dr Lee was a great dentist and communicated along every step of the extraction. I’m still recovering but so far so good. The treatment was excellent. The reception staff phenomenal and knowledgeable. I’m waiting on a refund check for a clerical error that involved a treatment plan. They assumed I was returning for follow up care, and I didn’t understand that step involved another appointment- but I live on the east coast, so I have to find a local dentist for next steps and the staff was very apologetic about the mistake.no harm intended there! I’d recommend Dr Lee highly!

Everyone involved in my appointment was amazing, from the receptionists, to the assistant, and the dentist himself. I felt really comfortable to ask questions and let them know if I was concerned or in pain. When I asked for a touchup on one of my fillings it was quickly and easily provided. I’ve already recommended First Choice to a few friends of mine and will continue to do so if they’re looking for dental treatment.

If going to the dentist could be rated as a pleasurable experience, this would be it. (However, it is still "going to the dentist" so I can't rate it at the highest level.) The staff are great, knowledgeable and friendly. It will become one of your least dreaded appointments.

I was able to schedule a consultation Tuesday and get in on Thursday, which I found to be rather quick. Consult was followed by an after hours visit the very same day, because they took the pain I was in seriously and accommodated me. The dental assistant held my hand and listened to/addressed my fears and concerns, answered my questions and was extremely compassionate. Dr. Lee explained the process step by step both before and during, which was comforting. He did a fantastic job as well. No complaints and I truly felt cared for and taken care of. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a good visit today at the Park Street location. Everyone was friendly and very competent and communicative. My only issue is the turnover among the dentists. I had an appointment with a new dentist but he has moved on to somewhere else. Dr. Kim was great but she’s moving to the DeForest location in December. The care has been very good. Not so sure about how the whole operation is being managed. Too much turnover for me.

I have a dentist phobia and First Choice on Park has always been a good experience for me. The hygienists and doctors are charismatic which makes the experience less unpleasant. I will continue to go through this office until life says otherwise!
