First Choice Dental- Madison Campus

Had a great first time appointment here yesterday. The staff were very warm, patient, and kind. I’ve had several negative dental experiences over the years, so I can be a bit high maintenance, but nobody made me feel like I was a difficult patient. And I had the first cleaning in years that didn’t require a numbing agent. I’ll be going here from now on!

I am very Happy with the dental service they gave me on October 22nd, 2024. I had some concerns about some pain and my final Crown setting. The Doctor explain everything to me. I am very Happy with both the main Doctor and her Assistant for taking care of me and my concerns.

Both the dental technician (I am not sure if that the right term or title) who did the polishing and the dental hygienist who did the cleaning at my checkup today, August 14, were very professional, very efficient, and very polite. Your office is to be congratulated for having such great people on its staff.

Dr White and Dr Sharkus are great Dentists with good patient skills and are excellent with follow up on my comfort zone as they perform a procedure such as a crown or filling. My recent experience with Dr White was great , and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to new patients . The office staff administration is top notch and led by a highly qualified Manager named Wendy. Great work First Choice Dental Regent Street. Steve

I was a patient here and I have many regrets. First of all, DR WHITE cut my face with a tool my first appointment with her, just being careless. She didn’t offer a tissue to wipe the blood and did not apologize. Further, they allowed one of my crowns to be placed by a random male dentist without telling me that it wasn’t going to be done by the actual Dr.White, whom I booked the appt with . It seems to me that dr white and her staff doesn’t care about patients we’re just a check. I had to reschedule an appointment for financial reasons [300 procedure that I couldn’t pay today due to an urgent situation } and she refused to see me again. Wendy said that I couldn’t be seen at the location again because there is no other dentists there beside dr white whom refuses… okay who was the random man who did my crown procedure a month ago then? that Ive never seen there before?? Where’s that dentist and why was he allowed to do my procedure ? I’m glad things went this way though , because people like dr.white and her staff are what is wrong with the world, people fail to realize that it could be very much you in the same position that you put others in maliciously, just for financial gain. I’ve spent thousands with this company for dental care and the moment that I have to cancel more than one appointment in the last year they say you can’t get care anymore. It’s not like I no called, no showed the appt either. . All of you in the facility will have the lives u deserve, respectfully.

They do a great job at First Choice. My most recent appointment went well from my encounter with the office receptionist, my time with the assistant dental hygienist , the dentist, and then Will, my dental hygienist. I could not expect more than this.
