Just recently got referred to this office due to my insurance and I couldn't be more happy. Dr Eli was the orthodontist I chose and I couldn't have been more satisfied with his expert level of care. He was so caring, so understanding and so involved in my consultation and made this visit feel like hanging out with a best friend that only wants the best for you. I cannot wait to get started on my treatment plan. He was able to explain and provide options that made it easier for me to be on board with the plan. Special mention to Marisol at the desk who was so welcoming and took the time to go over everything after my visit to ensure that I was comfortable and most importantly could afford the visit. My amazing dental assistant who took my imaging and was very relaxing as the dentist office has always given me anxiety. I love the cleanliness and serenity in this office. I had an amazing experience. would recommend this place again.

I was previously told to avoid newly graduated dentists but didn’t take it seriously until I was seen by Dr. Sunny Sarah. After pushing for deep cleaning and stating “regular cleaning” is not an option for us here based on the disease you have in your gums. I was informed that I was borderline for gum disease and would require a deep cleaning and scaling. I agreed with Dr. Sunny’s treatment plan and conveyed to the office that I would return at a later date to have the procedure completed. When I checked in for the scheduled deep cleaning, I was told I would need to pay $774 out of pocket. At no point during the week between my initial consultation and the second visit did anyone from the front desk or billing inform me that the service might not be covered by my insurance. In fact, I was specifically told by your front desk staff that this amount was simply my deductible. Regrettably, I trusted that information, paid the amount without further inquiry, and later found out from my insurance provider that the deep cleaning was not covered because they did not find sufficient evidence to justify the necessity of the procedure. This is frustrating because Dr. Sunny herself emphasized that a deep cleaning was required if pockets around the teeth were 4 mm or deeper. When I inquired about a regular cleaning, she was clear that I did not qualify, leaving no other option. Given that my pockets were indeed 4 mm and deeper, I find it perplexing that the insurance denied coverage when all clinical indicators were met. Anyhow, avoid office and go somewhere professional where they are 100% honest with you I contacted office manager about issue and got brushed off.

Dr b u i v e, is the best dentist I believe I have ever been to. I came in with a front tooth crown that had gotten cracked the color of my other tooth was one that had been discontinued and she went out of her way to find a color that would match my existing crown. The results were amazing it matched perfectly and even the initial preparing to get the new crown with the deadening and everything combined I told her she receives an A plus. She is such a happy joyful person. She is located at the Firewheel modern dentistry on North Garland. Valerie, a happy patient!!!!

Omgosh these people are so wonderful— better than any other dentist I’ve been to. The front desk is great, too— so, so helpful! I love that all the specialists come to you— at this office— so you don’t have to drive different places for treatments. I’ve got awful teeth— genetics and medicines I take for mental illness— so I’m here often. They always take awesome care of me. They are not pushy “salesmen” when it comes to treatments options too— you get what you need, and they have payment options that help so much.

The staff is so friendly and helpful and the office has a great atmosphere. The wait was short and always has been- they really keep up with their schedule!! Reasonable prices and easy terms in payment plans. I definitely recommend this dentist!!
