Fiant Dental

I've been a patient at Fiant Dental for over 5 years and I've always enjoyed my experience here. Scheduling and billing have been straightforward, and the staff keeps you well informed throughout. Margaret not only has helped keep my teeth healthy, but she also makes the effort to get to know you as a person and put you at ease. I can't imagine going anywhere else after being here. The location south of Uptown does have heavy traffic at rush hour times, but that's about the only gripe I have. This is hands down the gold standard when it comes to what you want to see & experience in a dentist office.

Lovey experience, the entire staff was cheerful, helpful, and understanding of my dental needs.. I haven’t been to the dentist for… well let’s just say it been“awhile”, but they made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Super supportive and informative. No pressure at all. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a joyful dental experience!

Every step of my experience with Fiant has been so positive, from verifying insurance and initial scheduling through my first appointment. Also, I don’t get anxious for the dentist but know a lot of people do - this place i think would put people at ease, explaining what they’re doing throughout and checking in on comfort level. I don’t think I’ve ever had that kind of attentive experience at a dentist before!

Great dentist office. All the staff are friendly and helpful. My teeth always look and feel great after a checkup. When I have had dental issues they listened well, helped resolve issues quickly, and checked in at later appointments to make sure everything was still good. I hate driving across town to get there, but it’s definitely worth it for excellent service.

I am very happy and grateful for the care I received at Fiant today. A bridge, which they had placed for me about a year ago, had cracked. This is a very unusual occurrence. I was seen promptly. Through listening to my story and closely examining my teeth, the dentist was able to figure out why my bridge probably cracked (I have short teeth.) She offered a remedy (new bridge), explained why she thinks it’ll work well for me, and offered to provide the new bridge for me FREE OF CHARGE. I am grateful! This is what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you Fiant Dental. .
